My Stray Werewolf

Chapter 3

James POV:

 I rode up to Casey’s apartment wondering why she lives so high up. It makes no sense especially when she hates heights, but then again this is the best she could do to convince dad to let her live on her own. Even I had trouble convincing him to let me live in a normal apartment. Even now I’m living in a place that is way too expense for someone my age to afford.

Stepping out of the elevator and walking towards my sister’s door I heard a lot of noise. Taking out my key and card I opened the door and ran to the noise. What I saw blew my mind.

“WHAT THE HELL!”  I yelled. I stare around my little sister’s destroyed kitchen. My eyes landed on the nude guy standing in the kitchen staring right at me. I thought the worst. No way would Casey have a boyfriend without telling me. Even if she didn’t tell me, I would have probably heard it from Simon, who would have probably heard it from Britt and An.

“Wait. Let me ex-”. I growled at him, cutting him off. Baring my teeth, I push Casey behind me. The guy had the nerve to growl right back at me with his teeth bared. I wasn’t having that. I attacked him just he was about to attacked me. We collided, dropping to the title floor. Off in the background I heard Casey talking to something but I couldn’t tell who it was.

“Why are you in my sister’s kitchen, jackass? What did you do to my sister?” I growled at him. The wolf in me growled ‘He’s a threat to our pack. Get rid of him.’

“I was getting something to eat bastard and nothing. I didn’t do anything to your sister. And how are you and her siblings. You don’t even look like her! ” the guy said while pointing to a finger at Casey.

I growled at him “Don’t worry about that. It’s not your problem. Your problem is me.”

Casey’s POV:

“OMG! Are you ok Casey?” Liz said to me as she floated over to me and tried to give me hug. I let out a giggle. It always tickled when she gives me her hugs.

 “CASEY! Now is not the time to be laughing”, she scolded me. I stopped laughing noticing how worried she was.

“Tell me what a hot guy is doing in your house when he is naked?”She asked me.

“I don’t know to tell you the true. All I remember was picking up an injured wolf in the alley and bringing him back here. Oh by the way have you seen him. He has black fur covered in bandages. About my height and has the greenest eyes you have ever seen.”

“Casey focus and no haven’t seen your wolf.” I looked up at Liz to see her staring at me intensely. She sighed.

“You’re telling the true.” she suddenly said.

“OF COURSE I AM! I yelled at her. Why would I not be?  Besides, you know that you, An, and Tori would be the first to know if a brought a guy home.”

“Really.” she said.

“Yes really” I said to her.

“You’re the best!” she said clapping her hands and jumping up and down.

“I sorry to interrupt your happy moment sis but can I get some help please.”  James growled.

I looked over to see my forgotten brother struggling with the guy still. I suddenly got worried and scared. My brother could take anyone even though he doesn’t look like. To see him struggling, it means this guy is really strong and he was in my house and I still don’t know how.
