Enamored

  Your effervescent demeanor bewilders me
When you smile, grinning with the innocence of a newborn babe
When you laugh and it echoes in the empty streets like in a cave
You carry yourself so precariously, throwing caution to the wind
I wish I could sit and admire your vastly unique way of life forever
Because through you, I feel like I'm in outer space
Both in darkness and bathed in light from the stars
