Chapter 1

So there I was , sitting in a room were the youngest person besides my brother and I ,was 87.

You see we're visiting our lovely grandmother and while I love her and all , her and her old people friends are so freaking boring!

I mean all they do all day is sit around playing bingo , knitting or watching old ancient movies that look like they were filmed on the worlds very first video camera.

"Sooo when do you think that we can leave?" my big brother Adam whisper yelled to me.

We both sat slumped on and old antique looking disgusting couch that smelled of moth balls and cough syrup.

"I don't know and why are you whispering it's not like these old bats can hear is any way" I stated.

"These 'old bats' May not be able to here you but I certainly can"

Adam and I immediately sat up in our seats at the sound of the strict voice that is our mother.

"Children you should be enjoying this time with your grandmother! You hardly ever see her any more"

Adam gave me a 'do something look'.

"But moooommm I have a huge chemistry test on Monday and mid I don't find the time to study then I
Might fail or get I b" I pouted fluttering my eye lashes.

"Over achiever" Adam tried to cover up with a cough.

I elbowed him and scowled.

"Oh Alexis darling why didn't you say so , of course of course, we need to leave right away. don't want to ruin your straight A steak" she winked and kissed the tip of my head.

I plastered the biggest fake grin on my face. "Oh thank you so much mom".

She smiled and then walked away answering a phone call.

"Duuuuuude" my brother awwwed amazed. "nicely done little sis" he offered me a high five which I gladly accepted.

"Thank you very much big brother" I winked.

We sat there bored shitless for another half an hour until my mother came back and finally told us we could leave.

Adam and I both raced to get shotgun , almost knocking some poor old lady over.

To my distaste he won.

But that meant that I go the whole back seat to my self so I wasn't complaining.

Our mom dropped us off and then made her way to some meeting.

I stumbled into the kitchen and propped my self up on the counter.

Adam followed close behind.

"Uhhhg I'm starving" he stated closing the fridge with a disappointed look on his face as there was no food worth eating in it.

"Me too" I frowned. "wanna eat out?" I asked , really craving a Big Mac.

"No can do Lex , the guys are coming over soon" he smiled apologetically.

I frowned.

Wait.... the guys.

"Hold up , how soon is soon" I asked , but was never answered as the door bell rang an he went to answer it.

Moments later my kitchen was full of teen age boys. Hot teen age boys.

Biggest cliche of my life.

There were 6 of them ,7 if you include adam.

Oh and 4 of them are in a band.

6 minutes of winter or some shit like that.

There was Michael clifford , he plays guitar or something like that. And the boy is always dying his hair like bet any money he's bald before his 30's. Then there's Calum hood. I know that he plays the bass only because he left it in my house before for some unforeseen reason. Then there's Ashton Irwin, a drummer whos dimples and laugh could make make any girls knees go weak. And finally we have the 'lead' singer. and he plays guitar too. Luke Hemmings.

His blonde hair an blue eyes were mesmerising. He was kinda quiet and extremely tall. And attractive , so are the other 3.

And the two that aren't in the band are Dylan and Eli. Hot too.

But back to what was happening now.

They all stood there staring at me while I tried to avoid eye contact.

It was always just really awkward when hot guys are staring right into your soul.

"Well I'm uh gonna go" I broke the silence while jumping to my feet.

I gave them all quick fleeing smile while I exited and I was almost home free when I did something that I swore if never do, I made eye contact.

With Luke Hemmings. We stared into each other's eyes for what seemed like minutes but was merely a few seconds.

There's just something about him.

And no its not because i used to have a crush on him back about 50 million years ago.

But I was gone before I could put my finger on it.
