All I do is read
I spend hours
Upon hours
Just reading
It takes me away
From the harsh reality
Of this world
I get so attached to those characters
That I become them
I love their lives
Just as I live mine
I am Tris
I am Harry Potter
I am Percy Jackson
I am all these characters
And many more
Put into one person
I feel as if I have so many personalities
That I confuse people
You never know
What my reaction to things
Are gonna be
I guess the books let me live a life
That I want to live
When I read
I can be whomever
I want to be
