Chapter 43

14 shall go south to face the devil

In this war 13 prevail

But one will be destined to fail

The loyal one will be to stay

The camp left in disarray

One will fall to a traitor

And the war will be won sooner or later

Peter pov

I pase outside the tent that my brother is in. It has been over six hours sense we found him. Bruce told us not to worry but I still cannot help it. He is my brother. And I will watch out for him. Even if he is older than I am.

But we have to get on with the quest. What do we do?

Bruce comes out of the tent with a look on his face. This look told me whatever happened is not good.

Bruce sits next to me and sighs. I look at him and he looks at me with sympathy. "I really don't ant to worry you. But I have to tell you what is going on. Percy is... Percy is in another coma. We don't know how long it will take him to get out off it... or even get out of it." He says looking down.

I get up and walk in the room. I see my brother laying on the cot Bruce had set up for him. I sit on it and look at him. "I can't lose you Perce. You need to wake up. We said that we would never leave each other again. I don't know what I would do if you died. Probably something really stupid that ended up getting me killed. So please wake up. I am not the only one that needs you. We all do. And Nico... I know how you feel about him. You need to wake up for him..." I say looking down. Tears run down my face as I sit there. 

Tony enters the tent and sits down next to me. "I know how you feel Pete. But we have to let him wake up on his own. And we need to get on with the quest. No matter how much we don't want to do it without him." He pulls me up and we walk out of the tent.

"The army has been located. They are about a quarter of a mile away from us right now." Hunter says running up to us.

We nod and run to find our weapons. All of the avengers got upgraded weapons so that they can fight monsters and help in the war too. Everyone was making a mess as we were searching. As we were leaving the only things that I was thinking about were that we are leaving Percy alone and that we are also leaving the camp in dissarray.
