The Quest to Save the Kingdom

Intro-The Start

      It all starts with chaos. 600 years ago the most powerful witch had lead a group of other witches where they caused fear and destruction among the near villages. The great witch was named Vic, she had great powers that no one else could compare towards. She had gathered up many witches around her and practically built a kingdom of her own. She was the queen to them. No one challenged her for the fear of being killed.
        Half of her followers were probably afraid of her; she would test and train them to see which ones were the best and trusting. Those who past moved up in power ranks and a few were in her great 5. Those who failed no one knows what happened to them, but it's said to be she killed them or added them to a collect she had and that's what made her so powerful. Vic had lead all of witches that she could collect to a so called battle, a battle for the land.
        They believed they were supreme and far more worth the normal humans. That's why they are called a cult now in days and after they were defeated for believe in something not true.
           All of mankind is even, even those weak ones have strength in other ways. They used their powers for bad rather then for the better of mankind. When the big king Alfor fought against them to save his home village he had been said to use something unknown to mankind itself, not even Vic knew what it was. He and Vic went head to head in the great fight that would define history, if Vic killed him no one would dare stand up again. She would do so much more damage to the village and all around him if she won that it would create more fear among the villagers. If Alfor won, she would be gone and the witches would struggle without Vic.
      She lead them and shown the most dominant power that there was no back up plan. So when Alfor used whatever that item was great change happened. With that item or power he had defeated them all, every witch in the cult. Before their final breath the let out a great curse and the great prophecy of the kingdom. No one really believes in the story especially since it was 600 years ago. They all say it's hocus pocas or just a great story to make the kingdom seem grand.
         Welp they can believe what they want to be, it's probably better for me and the very fancy royal family. They love all the secrets and the attention. I'm nothing towards them and I'm glad because if I was they would find out I'm a witch. Anywho I have no family or friends really, I stay quite and out of the way, but right now it not about me it's more about the history that won't seem to die. Once the king had ridden of the witches in the cult he seized out as many as he could even if them seemed good. His words were that he could risk anything happening again with witches so he tried to get as many he could, but yet 600 years ago they all were supposedly gone and here I am. A witch after 600 of them getting kicked out far far away from the kingdom and killed.
            Soon after he had been announced king from the villages all around his in village. I can't say where the name of the kingdom came from but he named it Cianna. He had lead a great kingdom for a while and then a new ruler after. Then so on it continues to today to our now king, king Paw. Soon enough the great princess will take over and be queen. So that gives the quick long story short of what happened long ago.

I hope you enjoy this little intro of the tale that has been told for many years. This is Ruby's point of view because most of the book will be in her point of view. Some chapters will have different points of views like the next few. The next two is Vic and Alfor. It will show what happened 600 years ago and their side of the story.
