Your POV
The rain patted creating slight noise through out the house. Shawn and I sat on the couch and cuddled.  I was watching my new favorite show Containment while he was reading his emails. All of a sudden a loud rumble from the thunder occurred and a flash of lighting, all the lights went out. "Well I guess the powers out." Shawn laughed putting his laptop down. I groaned my favorite part was coming when Jake sang to Katie on their "date" in the cordon but of course the storm had to ruin my moment I was about to have.

Shawn laughed at my frustration and pulled me closer to him, I sighed resting my head on his chest. I looked up and he smiled then all of a sudden he had this huge cheeky grin which spread across his facial features.

"Y/N."
"What?" I asked returning the grin he had.
"Dance with me." he replied getting up, almost making me fall off of the couch in the process. 
I shook my head and giggled, "But there's no music."
"But Y/N, your sweet voice is all the music I need." He grinned again pulling me into him. 
I laughed putting my arms around his neck, "Smooth Mendes, Real smooth." 
He winked and pressed a quick kiss to my lips. "I love you Y/N."
"I love you too Shawn."
