I smiled putting my hands on my stomach, the small baby bump was starting to form and I couldn't feel anything other then joy! I just needed a way to tell my boyfriend Shawn, that he's going to be a father.

I decided I was going to use a mug and write at the bottom of it "Hope you're ready to be a dad!". I'll just have to make him a coffee before he gets home.

I heard the door open and a grumpy looking Shawn walked in the door. Once he made eye contact with me he smiled.

"Hey baby." He came over to me and I put a hand on his chest and laughed.
"Do you want a coffee?" I asked he nodded immediately running his hands over his face.
I brought out the cup of coffee and gave it to him. The plan was starting.

I went to the living room and turned on the tv when I heard a loud gasp. Shawn ran into the living room nearly falling on his face. You
"Do you see this!?" He asked his eyebrows raised nearly up to his hairline he rubbed his eyes. Which made me laugh even more.

"Yes." I smiled. He looked at me immediately pulling me into a tight hug He pulled away quickly though and placed his hand on my stomach.

"Now we have to tell my parents." I smiled nervously.
"Don't worry babe, everything will be perfect!" He smiled bringing me into a reassuring hug.

"Mom! Dad!" I yelled when we walks into the door of my parents house.
"Y/N Shawn!" My mom squealed running up to give me a hug while my dad stood at the top of the stairs chuckling.
"Um, we actually need to tell you something." I smiled.
She nodded and we all went to the kitchen and began talking.

"So hunny what was it that you wanted to tell us?" My dad asked his eyebrows raised in curiosity.
"Well, you guys are gonna be grandparents." Shawn and I answered.
"REALLY!?" My parents squealed jumping up and down.
"We're going to be Grandparents!"
"I call being the child's middle name!" My dad smiled jumping.
"Not if it's a girl!" My mom shoved him over so she could give me a hug.
"At least we know our child is going to have good grandparents." Shawn laughed kissing my cheek.
"Only thing is I'm going to be pop it doesn't make me sound old." My dad laughed.
"Oh dad, you don't look a day over 50."
"That doesn't help Y/N" I stuck my tongue out at him and laughed.
