DING DONG

"Aahh!!"

"Did someone ordered pizza because I did!"

"Cooper!"

"Hello, cuz."

~♥~

"Strawberry jam, tomato sauce and... Parmesan cheese?" Said Alvin as he search through the kitchen drawers.

"They said the ghost appeared up there. In the room that's connected to this staircase." Cooper points out.

"And it just disappeared into thin air?" Diana questioned.

"Yes." He replied.

"How can we make food with these?" Alvin demands an answer while shaking Diana's arm to draw attention.

"That's okay, Alvin. I have elbow pasta bought from the grocery store yesterday. We can make it like a spaghetti with the tomato sauce and cheese."

"Perfecto!"

Diana gives an agreeing smile while still gaze at the site of the 'ghost appearance'.

"It happens frequently inside this mansion. If someones pulling a prank they've gotta have full access to this building." She thought.

"Would you like to join in our sleepover party tonight?" She asked Cooper.

"Sleepover? I wouldn't think of staying up." He whispers."The ghost will show up."

"Great."She smiled and walks straight to the staircase.

"W-wait you're going up there?"

"Yes. Why not? If you wanna get answers, dig deeper!"

"I'll come with you."

She's amused on how much her 17 year old cousin is a chicken. Looks can be deceiving if you don't know the true personality.

They crept into the old room. Inside were dusty tables and an open window at the center. She peeks through the drawers revealing nothing but spiders and webbings.

"The lights are pretty flashy." He switches it off again because of the direct light it produces. "What kind of lighting is this?"

"It's the ones they use for the opera." She checks the item in a closer look. "Torchmaster 2.5?"

"Hey isn't that the newly released product?"

"It is?"

"Well, yeah. Dad always brag about how shiny our living room is."

"It is designed for this exact reason; to be noticed."

~♥~

"What's taking them so long?" Alvin asked.

~ WHOOSSHH ~

A cold wind hitched from the back scared Alvin as he hides under the blanket.

Mwuahahahah...

And there was silence.

BOO!!!

"Aaaaughhh!!"

He bolted from the couch when the ghost removes the sheets protecting him. He fastens his pace while the ghost easily catches up on him.

"How come it has to be me?!" He screamed. "HELP!!! GHOST!!!"

~♥~

"HELP!!! GHOST!!!"

"Alvin." They thought.

They hurried downstairs, greeted by the little boy running towards them with a ghost behind his back.

"Run!!" They screamed.

They continued running, starting a competirion on who can go first to the door out of the house. With one final glance, Cooper saw the ghost with beaming green eyes.

Leave! Leave and never come back..

Then it disappeared in a blink of an eye.

"WHAT just happened?!" Cooper said, trembling.

"I'm never going in there ever again." Alvin cried as tears started dropping from his eyes.

Diana tries to comfort him down even though she is also in shock.

"Kids, what are you doing outside the house at this hour?" Bridgette said. "Your mother sent me off early to check on you. I also passed by the market to but strawberry jams."

"I-i'll come back to-tomorrow g-guys." Cooper stuttered.

"Okay, Cooper. Now off to bed so you can't encounter any ghosts." She pushed them into the mansion.

"I think you've said that a little bit late." Diana replied with a nervous laugh.
