"Amayah? Baby are you okay?" Liam asked, knocking on the bathroom door. Amayah was standing in the mirror, staring at herself, as she cried her eyes out for no apparent reason.

"Yes, I'm fine." She lied.

"I'm not convinced. Open up the door so we can talk." She wiped her face before unlocking the door and stepping out of the bathroom. She sat down on the edge of the bed and held her head down, while Liam kneeled down in front of her. "Talk to me baby. What's wrong?"

"I think I'm having a postpartum depression episode."

"And how long has this been going on?" He asked.

"I'm not sure. I think I just feel guilty because I'm away for Brailynn, knowing that she's too young to be away from me right now."

"I understand that, but it's only ten days babe. She won't even remember us not being there." He told her.

"She might not remember, but I will. When Jazz and Rae were born, I never left their side until they were at least six months, but Brai is only three months and I left her with her grandparents." Liam sighed and stood up, walking over to his suitcase and pulling out his iPad. He then FaceTimed his mother in law, sitting next to his wife and wrapping his arm around her.

"Look who's calling, Toot. Mommy and daddy." Amayah's mom answered, putting the camera on Brailynn.

"You gave her another nickname?" Amayah asked, smiling at her beautiful daughter.

"Yep, short for Tootie. So I have Jazz who is my Pooh, Rae who is my Boop, and now Brai who is my Toot."

"That's cute." Liam smiled.

"I know right? Anyways...what's up? Is everything alright?"

"Yeah...I just wanted to see the girls and make sure they were okay." Amayah sighed.

"Well as you can see...Brai is fine and is actually about to be put down for a nap. Rae and Jazz are already asleep, but when they wake up I can call back so you both can talk to them."

"No that's alright. I don't want them to cry and act a fool, especially Rae. If she sees Liam then she's going to show out and we don't need that."

"Good call." Liam murmured. "But just give them some hugs and kisses and tell them we love them."

"Will do and Amayah? Brai is perfectly fine, okay? She sleeps with one of your shirts so she thinks you're nearby." Amayah furrowed her eyebrows, not knowing how to respond to what her mother just said. Of course she knows what's wrong with you. She's your mother! She thought to herself.

"I'm starting to think you're psychic." Liam said.

"A psychic ain't got nothing on her." Amayah laughed.

"You're right about that. I have to go, but enjoy yourselves and I'll see you both soon. Love you!"

"Love you too!" They both said, as the call ended.

"Do you feel better?"

"So much better. Thanks baby." She wrapped her arms around her husband's neck and kissed him long and hard. "How did I get so lucky with a man like you?"

"The same way I got lucky with a woman like you." He kissed her once again before standing up and tossing his iPad onto the bed. "Now...I know you don't like watching your own movies, but...I want you to show me the new horror film you're in.

"Ugh, no! Why? I looked a hot ass mess in that movie, and not because they had me running around looking like a wet poodle. You know I was pregnant when we first started shooting the movie, then we filmed the very last scene right after I had Brai, and I was still swollen in the face."

"When are you going to understand that I think you're beautiful, regardless on if you think otherwise? Let's not forget, my love, I've seen every inch of you; the good and the bad, and I love every part of you." He told her.

"Even the ratchet side of me?" She questioned. He smiled and grabbed her chin, leaning down and kissing her lips.

"Especially the ratchet side of you. Now stop trippin and show me this movie." She rolled her eyes and huffed, motioning for him to grab her laptop.

"You sure you don't wanna wait until we get home? We can watching it on the big screen." She said, hoping he'd want to wait. Knowing how forgetful Liam is, Amayah knew that he wouldn't remember by the time they got home.

"Nice try, but no. I wanna watch it now." She groaned as she popped open the laptop and turned the movie on.
