Recap: "I'm pregnant."

Y/n POV
"Are you pranking me? Cause of you are this isn't funny." Ethan said obviously shocked. I could tell he either didn't believe me or he didn't want to.
"No I'm not pranking you. This wasn't how I was going to tell you."
"So your actually pregnant...how long have you known?"
"I found out a few weeks ago, when I kept getting sick."
Flashback
I woke up and immediately felt like I got hit by a bus then ran over by a train. I ran to the bathroom and puked into the toilet.
"Babe?" Ethan called.
"In here." I croaked out.
"Oh my god. Here." He bent down and grabbed my hair so it was out of my face, then he started rubbing my back.
The same thing kept happening for a week.
Flashback over
Ethan engulfed me into a hug. "I'm so sorry I have been with Pam instead of you but she was helping me with something."
It was just then when you realized he was in a tux, and you both at the park where you met 2 years ago.
"Y/n L/n (last name) we have been together for 2 years and those 2 years have been the best 2 years of my life. You are the absolute most precious, goofiest, beautiful person I have every laid my eyes on. When I look at you I can't look away. I wasn't cheating on you with Pam, she was helping me figure out how to do this.I love you and I wanna spend the rest of my life with you," He got down on one knee, "Y/n L/n will you marry me?"
Tears were streaming down your face. You were beyond shocked. "Yes Ethan Nestor I will marry you." He jumped up and gave you a quick peck on the lips before hugging you.
You both pulled apart after what felt like years, but you didn't want it to end. He looked down at you into your E/c (eye color) eyes. Then leaned in. His lips finally made it to yours and it still felt like fireworks when he kissed you.
"I love you so much Y/n."
"I love you too Ethan."
