"And who's this guy? Are they dating?" Derek was confused as he watched the movie on the screen.

"Thats Princess Leia and Luke, Derek they're siblings."

"This is kinda-"

"Don't you dare diss Star Wars."

"-boring" Derek finished his sentence, smiling.

Stiles was not happy, he distanced himself from Derek, pouting.

Derek laughed quietly, shuffling over to Stiles and wrapping his arms around him as he tried to wriggle from his grip. Of course he wasn't strong enough though, not that he actually minded.

"I thought you were calling a pack meeting today anyway?" Derek spoke casually.

Stiles shrugged "Things have been good lately, maybe I'm starting to change my mind about Deucalion."

Derek glanced at him, "I thought you wanted our bond back?"

"I do, its just...I don't want things to get messy again."

Derek stayed quiet, things were about to get bad, he knew it. Maybe he should tell Stiles that he was going to New Mexico. No, he couldn't, Stiles would try to follow him. It was best that he didn't know. He was going tomorrow tonight, whether he wanted to or not.

"So, onto the fourth one..." Stiles spoke as the movie came to an end.

"There's four?!"

"Well...theres 10 in total."

"There's no way I'm sitting through another."

"But Der-"

"No."

"Please? For me?" Stiles pouted.

"Not a chance."

"So, Stiles' birthday...I'm thinking something low key but you know, I wanna surprise him."

Lydia grabbed a booklet and handed it to Derek. Lydia was surprised when Derek had asked her to help him plan Stiles' birthday, it was the start of a functional friendship.

"For your perusal..." she smiled as he took the booklet from her.

"It's perfect."

Derek looked at her ideas in the booklet. She'd planned a small outdoor party at her lake house. The pier was to be decorated with fairy lights, with small food and drink stands. She'd planned a small bonfire and fireworks, it was amazing. It was everything Derek could want, he knew she'd come up with something special.

"We need to buy some inflatables for the lake, and a few lights, then we can get started."

"He'll love it."

Lydia noticed that Derek seemed nervous, although she was unsure why. She brushed it off, it was probably nothing, it was hard to tell with Derek.

Scott and Isaac were about to head over to pick Allison up. They were heading out bowling for the night.

They'd been to a lacrosse practice that evening, and it was slowly getting dark. They swung the side doors open to leave, looking puzzled at a parked car. Scott was sure it was Dereks. Maybe he was looking for Stiles here.

They stood quietly, watching Derek load several guns into the back of his car. He definitely wasn't looking for Stiles. In shock, they stood watching as Chris appeared from the side of the car, climbing into the passenger side.

Derek followed suit, hopping into the drivers side before driving off in a rush.

"That looked like a disaster waiting to happen." Isaac commented.

"Get Allison...I need to tell Stiles." Scott didn't give Isaac a chance to reply before he ran off.

Not long after Scott had disappeared, Isaac had found Allison they drove to Stiles. Lydia had already got word and arrived at the same time.

Lydia spoke first, rushing over to Stiles. "I saw him not too long ago, I thought something was off but I couldn't figure it out. Stiles I'm -"

"Any luck?" Scott asked Allison as they walked into the house.

"My dad isn't picking up."

"I can't believe he's done this for a second time" Stiles seemed angry.

"Again?" Isaac asked.

"He's gone after Deucalion, I know he has."

Scott's face became worried. "We have to find them, going after Deucalion is a death wish."

"We need a plan" Allison spoke, Lydia nodding in agreement.

"They can't do much this late, we head out tomorrow morning. For now we need to try and track them. Stiles do you have any idea where they're heading?"

He shook his head, "New Mexico is all's I know about."

"We need to find a lead on Deucalion. Stiles you can come with me to the station. Lydia and Allison, start researching. Isaac you just...you just stay right there."

"You know the Calaveras are always one step ahead Derek" Chris seemed to be reluctant with this whole ordeal.

"They won't see us coming back so soon."

"They're smarter than you're anticipating."

"I just need to get Talias box back, they won't even notice anything strange."

"And this box, do you even know what's inside it?" Chris was skeptical.

"It belongs to my mother, what ever it is, I know its important."

"Does Stiles know what you're doing?"

"When he finds out he'll probably think I'm tracking Deucalion. It's best he doesn't know the truth."

"And what if he comes after you? You've just led him straight to Deucalion."

"He won't."

Chris eyed Derek, he wasn't convinced.

"He's a brave kid, they all are."

Derek gulped, he hoped to God Stiles didn't go looking for him.

He hoped he hadn't just set Stiles on a path to Deucalion.
