The next day we were in court. The very first thing that they did was put me on the stand to testify.

Irene's lawyer went first.
"Vivian-" he began.
"Vi. My name is Vi. But you can call me Ms. Watson- Holmes." I spoke.
"Ms. Watson-Holmes, is it true that you have been shot, kidnapped, and tortured at least 3 times since moving in with your father's and mothers?" He asked me.
"Yes, although they had nothing to do with 2 of them. It was actually because of an Enemy that Irene made for me." I spoke.
"Next time just answer the question. Now is it true that you have skipped more than a 5 months of school?" He asked.
"Yes. But I am still top of my class," I spoke.
"No further questions," he sat down.
Sherlock and John's lawyer walked up to me.
"Is it true that Irene told you to feed people that were trying to hurt you a white powder that unknown to you was poison?" He asked.
"Yes," I nodded.
"Is it true that you thought you killed A James Kimly?" He asked.
"Yes," I nodded.
"Is it true that Irene worked and even when she quit she was still in close contact with A Jim Moriaty? A man that tortured and attempted to kill you and your family?" He asked.
"Yes," I nodded.
"Is is also true that she continued the work of her alter ego of The Woman until you were around 7-8?" He asked.
"Yes," I nodded.
"Is it also true that when you tried to take a dna test when you were 14 to see who your father was she burned the paper in front of you?" He asked.
"Yes," I nodded.
"If you could choose between Sherlock and John or Irene-" he began.
"Objection! You honor this is-" Irene's lawyer spoke.
"Over-ruled. I want to hear this," she, the judge, spoke.
"Sherlock and John without a doubt. I would rather live alone in a hut than with that woman or I guess I should say The Woman," I spat.
"No further questions," he sat down.

We took a break.

~~~Sherlock~~
"HOW DARE YOU!" I yelled at Irene.
"Pardon Sherly?" She asked.
"HOW DARE YOU TRY AND TAKE VI AWAY FROM US!" John yelled.
She just walked away.
~~~Vi~~
Mary was put on the stand.
"Mary Watson, what has the sudden appearance of Irene done to Vi?" He asked.
"It has left her angry and distraught," he spoke.
"Do you believe in any way or form that Irene would be a better parental form for Vi?" He asked.
"Absolutely not," she shook her head.
"And if Vi were to go with her mum what would happen do you think?" He asked.
"She May be forced to live a miserable year with Irene but she would just run back to us as soon as she turned 18," I spoke.
"No further questions," he sat.
Irene's lawyer stood.
"No questions," he spoke.
"Do you have anymore witnesses?" She asked John and Sherlock's lawyer.
"No not at the moment," he shook his head.
"Do you have any witnesses?" She asked Irene's lawyer.
"Yes. Mycroft Holmes," he smiled.
My jaw dropped.
