Mycroft sat.
"Before Vi was in the picture would you say that your brother could raise a child on his own?" He asked.
"No. Not at all. But if I may, he isn't alone, he has John and Mary and Molly and Mrs. Hudson and me," he smiled.
"Is it true that Vi has been diagnosed with PTSD since moving in with your brother?" He asked.
"Yes. But if I may. The diagnosis was for Vi and her shaking wrists which Irene-" he began.
"You may not. Just answer the questions," he spoke.
Mycroft nodded.
"When did you first meet Vi?" He asked.
"When she was in the hospital," he spoke.
"Why was she there?" He asked.
"She was kidnapped and tortured," he spoke.
"No more questions your honor," the lawyer smiled and sat down.
Our lawyer approached him.
"Can you continue your thought about why Vi was shaking?" He asked.
"Irene's boss and friend Jim Moriaty injected her with a serum. That is causing this reaction though we don't know why," he spoke.
"When was she injected?" He asked.
"In Irene's custody," he spoke.
"No more questions," he sat.
"Next I summon Irene Adler to the stand," Irene's lawyer spoke.
"Irene, is it true that you love your daughter? And that you kept her away for Sherlock's life for her safety?" He asked.
"Yes, I only want what's best for her," she spoke.

"Would you ever harm your daughter?" He asked.
"Never," she shook her head.
"No further questions," he smiled.
Our lawyer stood.
"Irene is it true that you were still in close contact with a Jim Moriaty?" He asked.
"He was my employer but-" she began.
"Just answer the questions. You say you love your daughter. But does she love you? Has she not told you on multiple occasions that she doesn't want you in her life? That all she wants is to stay with her family, which you are not a part of?" He asked.
"Yes. But she was-" she began.
"Just answer the question," he spoke.
She nodded
"No further questions," he spoke and sat.
"Please leave as the jury reaches a verdict.
