We ran towards Vi. She was sweating. And shaking. I untied her.
"Sherlock," John began.
"Vi we found you your-" I began.
"Sherlock. She is burning up. A fever of at least 102 I would say. She is really ill. Josh call an ambulance," John spoke.
I picked her up. I raced down the steps with John at my tail. She really is burning up. Like she is painful to touch. She has to have a fever over 104 or 105.
The ambulance pulled up. We jumped in the car.
"Hey. Hey. Hey. Everything will be ok? Ok," John spoke holding Vi's hand.
"She has the plague," Sherlock spoke.
"The Black Plague!?" John yelled.
"No. It's a less common plague. It's called the Pale Plague. It had an outbreak in Hong Kong 17 years ago. They told the public it was a chemical outbreak. But they contacted me to try and break down the virus. To find a cure," Sherlock spoke.
"And did you?" He asked.
"That's the thing John. There is no cure. It's up to the human immune system to fight it off," Sherlock's eyes filled with tears.
John's fist shook. Josh froze. Sherlock texted Molly, Mary, Mrs. Hudson, Mycroft, Quinten, his parents, and then debated on telling Irene.
"John," Sherlock spoke.
John looked up.
"Should we tell Irene?" Sherlock asked.
"No," Josh shook his head.
Send.
Vi began to seize. We got to the hospital and they took her into the icu. Her family sat around the bed.
"Sherlock! Sherlock! Is she ok!?" Irene's voice yelled.
"How did you know?" John asked.
"It's all over the news! Is my daughter ok!?" She yelled.
"Our daughter is not ok," John spoke.
"Can I see her?" She yelled.
Sherlock turned and walked back into the room. They all sat around. Molly was crying as Sherlock held her hand. Mary's eyes filled with tears as she held Rosie.
"Mi! Mi! Mi!" Rosie spoke her name for her older sister.
John's Eyes has tears. Sherlock's parents cried. Quinten paced. Mycroft just stood there. Mrs. Hudson's hand shook.
