Chapter 3

His hand rests on her back while they make their way out of the airport. He only picks the early flights because there are less crowd for them to have to battle through. He loves his fans, he's truly grateful but after a long flight you look like a mess and want nothing more than to just get to your hotel and sleep. Mel gets that she usually book early flights to convenience him. Not to mention how much it'll help him sleep. He'll be exhausted from the flight and more often then not he'll gain a couple hours sleep. "Go to bed, I'll wake you once we get to the hotel." She kisses his forehead bringing him against her shoulder after securing his seatbelt. He deserves the rest, he deserves a lot more than what he can be given. She wants to give him everything just to express her gratitude, that doesn't count how much she wants to give him out of pity, and sympathy. He gives her everything, and the most she gives him is sleep, cuddles, sex, food, and organization. She does more than what he notices when it comes to his schedule, he thinks it's all Andrew, but he doesn't do much. He's the manager she's the assistant, she assists with everything he needs and whatever Andrew doesn't want. He works on promos, and she does all of the organization of those promos. It's exhausting but she likes doing what she's able to for him.

"If you wake me I won't sleep again, I'll just stay awake." He mumbles to her after his twenty minute nap. She just smiles running her hand over his head fiddling with his soft strands of fluffy hair. She loves his hair and he loves hers, she's the blondest woman he's ever met in his life.

"We're here." She whispers kissing his forehead softly. They'll walk in and she's gonna shower like she does every time they get to a new place. A new city, state, proving, country she likes to be clean. He however will lay in bed hoping she doesn't hear him while he does the only thing he knows how to, to fall asleep. He isn't generally too loud because everyone surrounding can hear him but it's much easier for her to hear him. "Under Campbell?" She puts rooms under her name, it makes it a little harder for him to be tracked down and gives him a little more time. The hotel employees know pretty quickly after they show up though.

"Do I have a room yet?" He lays himself against her shoulder. "I wanna sleep." He's not even gonna try he's exhausted this time so he'll go right to sleep. The encounter with Mel's mom was exhausting. He tried to stay awake to comfort her but she said herself that it was as good as one of those meetings could go.

"Right away M. Mendes." She smiles at how rushed they are to offer him the room but Melanie was offered a waiting time. Their rooms were supposed to be ready two hours ago. "Here are the room keys." He extends a hand and Melanie grabs them dragging Shawn towards the elevator to bring him to the room.

"Looks like you matter more than I do." She shrugs, the crew got their room keys on their own, they too seemed more important than Melanie.

"Well that's just not fair." He gives her a pout before planting a kiss against her lips. She deserves the world, she does everything for him and he wants to give her everything. He gives her a house but she makes it a home, he gives her some vegetables she gives him weeks worth of food. She gives him anything and everything any man would ever want.

"Tell me about it." She chuckles unlocking the door. She keeps both keys, unless they have to be separated for whatever reason. He'd forget it otherwise. As they open the door he looks around the room, he'll want a bigger one tomorrow but for now it'll do.

"Do you have to shower?" He leans his forehead against hers. "You love it when I'm all groggy and tired and can barely think straight." He kisses her and then pulls them both down against the bed. She opens the drawers of the night table next to them, it's a habit, she doesn't want anything in there that someone could potentially miss, she also wants to make sure that they're vacant. Even though she has nothing to put in them she likes knowing she could.

"Yes I need to shower." She kisses him again sitting between his legs. "But look on the bright side," she pulls out the only item she found in any of the drawers. "The hotel supplied you with some lube." She giggles placing it in his hand before walking off. She loves to tease him and she'll get her share of teasing too. It's just a constant in their relationship. It's comforting.

"Very funny." He calls rolling his eyes, though he isn't going to leave it out of use. He has use for it, it's not like she was lying.

"Be quiet this time it's hard for me to think when you're yelling." She chuckles again she knows what's happening at all times. It's like her sixth sense, she knows what's happening to him, why he's doing, how he's feeling and when. No one trained her or anything she just knows. "That was your invitation to get into the shower." She groans popping her head out of her bathroom watching him lay on the bed consuming himself with pleasure. She turns on one singular lamp, shuts the curtains and strips him down to nothing. "You're gonna have to wash this off at some point." She smiles leading him towards the shower. "You don't even have to get in it with me." She grabs into it which makes him stop, he can't multitask. "Just let me make you feel good."

"All night long." He presses himself against the door letting her work what she needs to. This feeling that he gets when he touches her, it's one he wants to give to her but can't. It's something that he is forever gonna love her for, forever gonna treat her for giving him because he can't find it anywhere else. She loves him more than words can tell, even though she doesn't understand it much she feels the same pleasure when he does this to her.

"Do you have any blood left in your brain?" She teases kissing along the length of his throbbing body part. She can't even look him in the eyes anymore, it's distracting. "How can your body support this?" She chuckles making him smile as she finally looks up.

"It's the adrenaline."
