awkward a bit?

¨Why do we have to move again?¨

¨Because Mune. We have the one day to get out of the realm. Plus the king escaped the realm, we should go honor him.¨

¨But why can't we just go see him and then come back? Why do we have to act human when we aren't?¨

¨Once we leave we can't come back for awhile. It'll be a good change for you. You'll be able to meet new people.¨

¨fine.¨

As Mune packed the last box into the truck, she felt weird. She didn't want to move but then again she did. Maybe old shatter friends would be there. Her mom wanted to praise the king and his son.

Why does my mom make me move right as I am in a good place? Why the hell is this so stupid?

Well… maybe my mother has a point to all of this. I need new friends but I'm scared I wont be accepted. Nothing too new about that though huh.. But i'm more interested in meeting this “king” and his son. I'm also interested in reading the books there. The books here only have entertaining endings. I so hope the people there aren't rubbish like the kids at my old school and neighborhood. The people there make me uncomfortable. Hopefully we have a nice house too. I want a bigger room because I want more shelves and books. Plus more wall space for paintings and posters. The one last thing I hope for...

The car halted to a stop. We were cut off by some- most likely drunk- maniac driver.

“Sorry.”

“You interrupted my thinking.”

I forgot what I was on about. I'm actually really mad about that now. I guess it'll come back to me soon. I'm scared what people will think of me. I come from a different realm and there’s a way to tell: the glowing imprint in my skin. One on my arm, one on my ankle. It gave off a different color depending on mood. I hated it. I just wanted to be normal but no. I have to have a stupid glowing light in some weird shape on my skin. I started to clench my sleeve where it was. It was for sure glowing red. I didn’t even know what it meant or why it was there.

I sat there in silence staring out the window. Soon enough we were at the new house. Pretty gothic-ish and medieval. I didn't really care though. The yard was huge and had great escape spots. I looked at the outside first. We had a huge yard and I’d consider the house basically a mansion. Then I looked about inside. Very spacious, that’s for sure. I walked up stairs and scouted about. There were 5 rooms. Though we only needed two. I ran down stairs to ask my mom about it.

“Mom how come we have 4 extra rooms upstairs? Your room is down here and then my room-”

Then it hit me.

“Oh no… were having to share it aren't we?”

“No, Mune. those rooms are for you to use. One for your books, one for art, the smaller one a closet, and an extra room if you ever have friends over..”

I scrunch my nose at the word ‘friends’.

“I won't have any friends over for awhile. Thanks for the rooms though. It really means a ton.”

“Go unpack as much as you can. Were going out to eat in a few hours. Take this to get you through.”

She handed me a bag of chips and a bag of M&Ms.

“Thanks Mom”

I ran upstairs. I decided the one at the very end of the hall my room. The first room on the left from my room is my closet, the first on the right is my art room. The second left is my library because it had a small upper area just like my bedroom. The last room on the right I started with first. I put up shelves, put my bunk bed together and decorated with my plushies. I then went into my room, set up my bed, desk, and computer. I put my green lace sheet up above my bed. I added some decorations and then moved onto my closet since it’d be the easiest and quickest to get done. I pulled out shirts first, and hung them up. Then my pants, finally skirts and scarves I rarely wore. I put my shorts and tank tops in the drawers I had in there. It's been 4 and a half hours since I started.
