I walked into the school building and made my way to the office, ignoring the stares I got. So what if I was new.
"Miss Reid?" the woman behind the desk asked
I nodded.
She smiled and gave me my schedule and time sheet.
"Hey Ms. Knight."
"Hello Justin." she said "You'll be showing Miss Reid around."
I turned and looked at Justin.
His brown eyes widened.
The tips of his shaggy dark brown hair were dyed green and I don't know why but he was kinda cute. In a skater boy kind of way.
"Hi." I said
"Hey." He said "Come on."
"Let me see your schedule."
I handed it over.
"We have some of the same classes together." he grinned "Come on before we're late."
We left the office and he maneuvered me through the large mass of students that crowded the halls. We entered a classroom that was decorated in a way that made everything seem dull.
"Settle down everyone."
I walked up to the teacher, a balding pale man, and gave him my time sheet.
"Everyone we have a new student. Gwen Reid."
I said nothing and was pointed to an empty desk near the window.
When the bell ending first period rang, Justin was by my side.
"We have Mr Samuels for science."
"Ok."
"Yo Justin!"
A blond guy ran up to us.
"'Sup Cody?"
Cody grinned. "Hey."
I pushed my hair behind my ears.
"Who's the babe?"
"New girl." Justin said "Damn Jessica."
A blonde girl walked towards us. Her hips swayed in a manor that caught the attention of almost every guy in the hall and her hair was the straightest I've ever seen. She seemed to be a cheerleader, most likely she was.
"Hi." She smiled at me "I hope they haven't been bothering you. Listen, if you have any questions come find me."
She turned and left.
"She is the devil. I'm sure of it."
I chuckled. "I doubt it." After all I knew the devil.
I walked to my next class and found that it was a trigonometry class. I walked to the teacher and handed her my time sheet.
"You're the new one? Well welcome to Greenhill High." she smiled
"Thanks." I said then started to an empty seat
A guy burst through the door with a water gun and started spraying everyone and everything.
After handing my time sheet in to the office, I made my way to the parking lot.
Today was a living hell. Not only did I get wet, but I got shoved into one of the boys who grabbed my bum. Why are guys so sick?
I unlocked my car.
