Chapter Twelve - Her

Business was a bit slow today but I don't really mind. At this particular time I will just check over the things that I need and restocking everything as well as going through some to do lists with my staff.

As I was going through the set of lists,the phone rang. I make it a habit that the phone needs to be answered by the second ring. Politeness is the essence of my nature. Always smile while you are talking through the phone because the person at the other line will know and feel through your voice.

"Good evening and thank you for calling Bubbly Cheesy CS,how may help you?", I greeted happily. "Are you able to do a delivery if I make an order?", the person on the other line asked. "Well yes we definitely do sir but in condition that it is near to our shop. Where is exactly your location sir?",I inquired. "My location is just around the corner from your shop. Do you know the new office that has opened up?", the person asked again. I can feel I gripped the phone handle a bit too hard. Because I know who exactly this person is. I felt annoyed by the second but I tried to keep my cool by answering,"Yes we do sir and what would you like to order sir?". He then answered,"The usual and the usual side order", he knew that I knew who he was. And I know what he used to order. He is so damn sure about himself. I felt like cursing straight away but I need to control myself. "Sure sir,the order will arrive more or less in 15minutes. Will that be all,sir?",I asked and failed to cover my annoyance." Yes and I want you to come deliver it personally to me,will that be okay?", he answered casually. I was surprised by the sudden request and then I answered through my gritted teeth,"Yes that will be fine sir and thank you for ordering with us,Bubbly Cheesy CS and goodbye sir. Your order will be there soon." And just like that he just put an end on the call without even saying thank you. Seriously someone need to educate this man and say it to his face that he needs to learn some manners. I sighed heavily and made that man's order and dreaded to do the delivery.

When I arrived at the building,the same security man greeted me at the entrance and informed him that I am making a delivery. He informed me that only the big boss who has not left the building yet so he guessed it must be the boss that has made the order. It suddenly dawn on me that no wonder that man was so damn sure about himself. He is the owner of this company. I made a mental note that I don't even care who the hell he is when it came to his rudeness. He needs to learn some lessons on mannerism. The security informed that I need to go on the third level and that his boss's office door is on left of the elevator. I thanked him and went up to the third floor.

I saw the the door on my left once I was out of the elevator. There was a label on the door. "Chae Hyungwon,CEO",it stated. I suddenly felt nervous. Oh boy,this is not the time to feel this. I really really feel annoyed and nervous at the same time. These two feelings together,not good.
