New discovery

Mark POV

Mark woke up with Amy curled up with him. Felix and Signe where flipping out in the corner of the room,taking pictures and giggling. "how was your sleep" Felix asked with a clear smile one his face. I instantly got up and blushed so hard that i had to use the classic 'have to use the bathroom' phrase.

Jacks POV (suprise!)

I had woken up alone."Trico?" i yelled, nothing. That's odd i thought and wandered through the building calling His name. The walls where high and had written inscription plastered on its smooth sides. i ran my hand along the wall as i walked reading the writing i had read so many times. Reciting the story i knew by heart.

through the ages of time itself humanity had befriended the Trico. Until The king Steveiro's son had taken the thrown... Billyramia ( billy for short ) was cruel and hatred for all his people seethed through the streets. Soon he set armor upon the Tricos that was made to control the creatures to do his bidding with a stone connected to a necklace. If he wanted a place destroyed it was gone by the next day. His soldiers were no better, shoving old woman and children out of their way.

But one day the people and Tricos had, had enough of billy's torture and cast a curse over the kingdom. the castle had began to crumble as forest began growing at impossible speeds, vines shot out of the ground and yanked the necklace from billy's neck as he was forcefully dragged under the ground. The only survivors built a town and named it the lost village.

I Jack was from the lost village until taken away from all i hoped and dreamed for. To become the last guardian. Then again i'm not even sure what my name was it's been so long... all i can do is hope it's Jack.

A crash sounded from the very first room i met Trico in. I ran forward and around the corner to see Trico in front of me, ears twitching "where'd you get off ta" i asked staring into his eyes. All i could do was hope none of the other Trico's found him.

Mark's POV

We had decided to circle the jungle to find a way in. "all these trees are to dense for any of us to get through." Amy concluded as we drove past. Unfortunately the car broke and Felix was having a mental breakdown, " HOW COULD I FORGET THE OIL CHANGE" Felix screamed ramming a wrench on the car side that didn't even dent. "Shh you'l attract predators with so many load noises!" Signe said pointing at the jungle nearby."sorry..." Felix sighed and moved on to the back of the car.

Thankfully we were prepared, and had sleeping bags and a pop up canopy in case of rain. Felix started moving these items out of the truck."wait what are you doing you're supposed to be fixing it?!" Amy said exasperated. "The oil system is leaking a bit which won't be to hard to fix but the engine cooling system is busted so that is a whole new problem upon itself, so unless you have the magic power to make it day again then we're just going to have to camp" he said raising and eyebrow with a sarcastic face. "agh fine.." Amy said eyes drooping as she sat next to Mark.

Every time he was near her he felt awkward, " hey mark?" Amy said looking at the stars as the moon left a line of silver on everything it touched, "ya?" Mark answered also looking up at the stars." are we dating?" she asked, taken aback Mark answered "i mean if you want to" he said his face heating up. "that sounds nice" Amy said while Felix and Signe joined them, we were all looking into the stars.

i could of sworn i saw an odd figure cross the sky. almost looked like a dog with wings, he must be more tired than he thought.
