Jacks POV

I still couldn't believe that i dropped my shield when me and Trico fled. How stupid could i have been. angered with myself i ended up siting with Trico examining the view of trees and stars. "do you think that girl would like me?" i said tilting my head, glancing at Trico to see him flicking his ears and laying down in response. "yeah i thought so" i said laughing a little. The stars were so calming, and the moon just seemed to reflect the life of this world in it's own glowing way.

Suddenly a beam of light shot through the sky. I didn't know what it was until i recognized the symbol plastering the clouds. "Trico..." i said slowly glancing up at him, his horns were glowing wile his eyes started changing colors. Trico started standing up, "Trico!,no bad! Trico" i yelled pulling on his tail as he prepared to take flight. It didn't do any good, he started gliding toward the light with me griping onto his tail for dear life.

Beginning to grasp what was going on i started climbing up his tail, aiming for his back. Griping on to feathers i finally made it to his back as he soared threw the air. Terrified of falling i griped harder, Trico was almost to his destination. Logic hit his mind as wind whipped his face, how was he planning on stopping Trico? asking nicely?

His best thought of action was to reach Trico's head and hope for the best. gripping on to Trico's feathers i braced myself for spears or another Trico to pop up on the other side of those trees. Trico then roared as he dove towards the ground.

It was Terrifying. soon Trico had reached where the light was coming from. I hears screams and yelling. It was all making me dizzy, soon Trico bent so i could get off, which i didn't take hesitation in doing. When i reached the ground i stumbled and held the side of my head with my hand. Looking up i saw the group of people he had seen earlier. Only their mouths gaped open as they starred at Trico then glanced at me then back.

scared i started backing up, Trico was still in a Trance and wouldn't help me any neither could i help him. I was clearly outnumbered, i tried to run away seek shelter then come back for Trico but i ended up falling over before i could turn around.

Adrenaline pumped through my body as i noticed that they where slowly approaching me. The sides of my vision where blurry and soon everything went black as i slipped into unconsciousness.
