Jack and I got home late tonight. My eyes still hurt from sleeping and my arm was still tingling and shooting with pins and needles from jacks head heavily resting on it in the car. Jack, his eyes still closed, stood in the doorway groaning and mumbling on about unmentionable things.
"Jack we're here- stop talking about your gay crush on me." I spoke winking at him, I knew his eyes were still heavy and he couldn't see me.
"What?! I never said anything about my cru- having a crush on you!" He spoke loudly, responding quite fast.
"if you say so." I speak giggling as he rolls his eyes mimicking me. "We're meeting grace tomorrow at the airport in LA. Wanna be plane seat buddies?" I blush as he looks into my eyes, his pupils dilated as I looked away from him.
"Okay." He spoke, his hands were now on his hips. He dropped them away from me, pulling them close to himself, his fingers hanging onto his waist tightly.
"Lets go sleep, Angela is picking us up early tomorrow to get to the airport." I spoke quietly looking back to him. His eyes were still droopy as he nodded his head.
"My legs can't carry me anymore." Jack spoke with his frown growing bigger by the second. His cheeks were flushed and his eyes were still closed. His lightly dusted rosy cheeks made my heart fly.
"Okay, Jack. My bed is upstairs. It's not that far." My voice sounded muffled by my sped up heart beat. Jack nodded slowly as he reached his hands out for mine. He grabbed onto my shoulder as he started walking, wrapping his arm securely around mine. My throat felt as if it swelled up, my fingertips were numb from the coldness running through my house. I grab onto his back practically pushing him up the stairs. He grumbled as he flopped down onto my bed. His socks were half off of his feet and his jeans had made a rather deep imprint on his stomach.
"Jack, change into these" I spoke shoving my sweatpants into his face. He rolled his eyes obnoxiously.
"Why?" He began
"Jack, I get your tired just do it." My voice was stern and grasped the air like sandpaper. He jumped a little standing up and shoving his jeans off, pulling on the grey sweatpants.
"Happy?" His voice was groggy as he threw himself down on the bed, pulling the covers over himself.
"Yeah, yeah." I laughed at his small angry replies. I pushed the blankets back as I slid in next to him. The whole room was silent, a silent that consumed your whole self, almost creating a buzz throughout the whole room.
"Bonk" jacks voice sounded off as a ray of giggles followed it
"What?!" I jumped in my skin screaming out quiet laughs.
"Bonk!!" Jack yelled under his breathe as he shoved his butt into mine.
"Jack!" I huffed out a breath watching as he smiled giddily to himself.
"Wink wonk, goodnight bubba." He spoke softer, his breaths traveled slowly through my ears as I giggled at his dumb words. I closed my eyes, smiling to myself.

7 hours later

The plane was warm, people surrounded me as my foot rapidly tapped the ground. Jacks voice flooded the seams of the plane as he plopped into the seat next to me, buckling his own belt. I stared out the window, securing my breath. I always found it hard to breathe in public. My arms shook lightly due to my nerves. I felt a warm touch on my shoulder as my head shot towards the source of the feeling. My eyes met jacks, his face was warm and his hand rested on me.
"You okay?" Jack asked calmly, I nodded. His voice was lemongrass and empty flooded alleyways. Our eyes kept the shared bond as jack smiled lightly. "I'm here." His hand was still on mine as I felt myself smile, my cheeks obviously turned a different shade of red as I mouthed a small 'thank you'.  My words meant to proceed at a louder volume but my throat closed in on me, leaving me speechless in a sense. Jack's eyes flew away from mine. My stomach grew pine needles as I grabbed my phone.
