(At least four books in this series.)
Merida DunBroch is brave- so brave you could call her reckless. She leaves home for Hogwarts with her mom disappointed
in her and her father 'at war' with his brothers. When she meets Jack, Hiccup, and Rapunzel, it seems she's finally found
friends as odd as her, even if they are all in different houses. They grow even closer when a strange series of events puts them
on a crazy adventure. Merida believes in fate- but it seems that fate has a sense of humor as they spin of onto a course no
one could have predicted.
Hiccup Horrendous Haddock ||| is a klutz- He just seems kind of useless, the joke of his family. When he gets to Hogwarts, it seems like its a fresh start, perfect. He doesn't seem so clumsy there- the books are wonderful. For the first time in his life, he has friends, Jack, Merida, and Rapunzel. He doesn't even care that they are all in separate houses. The he finds a dragon in the forest and a unicorn in the dungeon- starting the best adventure he's had so far, bringing him to make a tight bond with these new friends. The girls believe in fate- Hiccup believed that fate were having a particularly evil day when they made his destiny, till he came to Hogwarts, and now, now, who knows what's gonna happen.
Jack Frost is a prankster- But he isn't evil. He just likes making people laugh- the expression on their face, the sparkle in their eyes- that's what he loves most. So when he ends up in the sneakiness, cruelest house, he is determined to be the first awesome Slytherin- setting Professor Umbridges robes on fire, charming Spinnet's hair into turning green- that's just the beginning in proving to everyone- and himself- that he isn't the bad guy. Fate doesn't work that way, according to Jack. He will make sure of that.
Rapunzel Corona is finally free- She's been living in a bubble her whole life with a pet lizard, a set of paints, and a room full of hobbies. When she makes it out of her house, away from her mother and the memories of her dead father, she can't wait to feel the sunlight, see the forest, make friends, figure how to make pictures talk- and gets more than she wished for, with an insane adventure, 3 friends, and a frying pan. Fate. Is. Awesome.
BTW- there's a thing on my iPad right now that won't let me unbold and unitalicize Rapunzels part. Sorry.
