Chapter 4

Dylans POV

She was gone. My heart dropped when i saw my phone and earphones on the floor stil playing. Did someone take her, or did she run, why would she.I needed to tell Mike.

'Mike where is she?! Sophias gone' i said through the mindlink. Right after that Mike came busting in the room franticly looking for her aswell but he didnt find her. Im scared if shes hurt i need to find her now. I searched the room for her scent it was all faint except by the window.

"Mike go get back up first and then find her while i get a head started" i said panicking. I ran toward the open window and jumo through it shifting in the air,landing following her scent to the woods. My wolf was a multicolored brown wolf. I was scared to loose Sophia. I already lost my parents. So i dont have a option, im going to find her.While tracking Sophias scent i went into a flashback of the day of my parents death

"Dylan, come on out here everyone is here" she said pushing me out the door to the backyard. I opened the door and the whole pack is out there in there.

'CONGRATS DYLAN' everyone yelled. I was happy everyone was , all my friends from school, but i guess mom invited my ex because shes here. great... Amy comes up to me and hugs me.

"Now your a big wolf like dad" she says smiling and patting my legs.

"Thanks Amy, want to go get some food''i asked her. She nodded and giggled.

"Well lets go" i said as she climbed onto my back we walked to the food table. I made her a hotdog and me two hamburgers. Ya know boys eat alot. We went to the closest table and started to eat. Only a couple minutes after growls was heard all in the woods. I smelt out the air. Rogues, plenty of them. The pack got into attack mode and shifted right when they heard the growls. The Rogues proceeded to attack. I grabbed Amy and went to look for mom and dad. I found them and the began to lead us opposite to the fight into the pack prison.

"Hurry! come one" My dad yelled. i was scared and so was Amy she was in tears full of fear.We reached the prison and we went to a cell that was made for really strong wolfs basicly it was indestructable.

"Here i need you to stay in here do not come out get in!" She yelled and we both hurried in.

"If we dont come back , im sorry. I need to keep you two safe, i love you two" she said giving both of us kisses and so did dad.She closed the cell and gave me the keys.

'Wait where you going stay with us"i said.

"We cant thats our pack out there fighting we have to fight too." my dad said.

"Dont gooo" Amy cried out while mom and dad was running away.

"I love you" she said and that was the last thing she said to us before she left.

I knew what was happening, rogues was trying to destroy the packs, thats all they ever do.I held Amy while she shaked and cried trying to sooth her. "Amy calm down i will protect you, what ever happens im going to always be here for you" i said to her as she stop shaking but was crying silently. I didnt open that gate, i heard everything that happened , i hear growls and screams everywhere but i blocked it out. I didnt need to show fear when i had someone looking up to me to protect them. We sat there for hours until a fighter from our pack came down.

"The fight is over sir, you can come out" he said. I tossed him the keys to the cell he opened it and i held Amy. I felt a pain in my chest, then i heard Amy cry out for a second then stopped.
