Chapter 7

Sophias POV

People was swarming the drinks, cup after cup. I didnt have nothing against drinking but wow. They are really pressed for it. I walked toward the pool, everyone seemed to have a good time. I just walked all bored and lone. I then felt a arm snake around my waist. I was about to hit the person in the stomach with my elbow until i heard the persons voice.

"Heey Sophia" Cullen said into my ear, his hot breathe fanned my ear and i smelt liquor on his breathe.

"Hey" i said smiling. But the whole arm thing was awkward to me.

"You having a good time?" he asked, twirling me around to face home.

"No im bored i havent did anything yet" i said pouting my lip.

"Well have a drink then lets get in the pool" i nodded as he grabbed my hand to go get something to drink with him. He gave me some of the drink i saw his brother pouring stuff into.

"What is this?" i asked curious of what i was about to drink.

"I dont know, my brother said he bought it from the liquor store" he shrugged. I shrugged it off to and took a cup. I gulped it down wincing at the burning sensation in my throat. Damn this is strong. I looked up to see Cullen staring at me. Growling in amusement.

"Want to go to the pool now?" i ask blushing.He nodded and then we walked to the pool.

He was walking closely behind me, we reach the pool then next thing you know it im in Cullens arms while he jumps into the deep in of the pool. It was 6ft and im no where near that.

"Ahhhhh!" i scream. Cullen swims up after me and began laughing. My faced turned red.

"Is the little baby mad?" he said mocking me. 'little baby' oh hell no he is going to regret that! I began to splash him in the face non stop and tryinng to stay above water. He soon did it back, my legs started buring because my legs was tired.

"Okay Oky stop, i cant stay above the water anymore" i said getting ready to swim on the side of the pool.

"You dont need to do that" he said then pulled me back to him. He wrapped my legs around his wait and instantly wrapped my arms around his neck. I began to blush how close our faces was. Cullen was just looking at my eyes.

"Your so beautiful" he said leaning in for my lips. I reacted and leaned into his. Our lips met and we began to make out. Im nervouse because its my second time ever kissing someone i dont have any experience!! I began to hear wolf whistles around us. I began to blush then pulled away. Cullen looked around and smiled at his buddies and chuckled.

"Lets go upstairs" he said then my heart began to race. UPSTAIRS!? I knew what that meant.'

"Calm down i hear  your heart racing its going to be okay" he whispered in my ear. I nodded we got out the pool and dried off. When we was done he took my hand and lead me inside. We walked through the crowd of people damcing and grinding on eachother.Eww it looked so nasty. He paused and turned to look at me. He crashed his lips at me then growled in pleasure.But after his growl there was another deep growl that erupted through the house and louder than the music. Everything got quiet and the musicly suddenly cut off. I  looked at  the DJ like 'realy'. Then he pointed to who was at the door.

I turned around to see a raging Dylan moving fast towards  us. Why does he always do this!?This over protective. Cullen grabbed me and moved me behind him earning another grow from Dylan.

"Sophia get over here" i flinched at his words it was so deep and held power. While i was moving toward Dylan Cullen pulled me back again.

"If i can ask why does my girl have to go with you?" Cullen asked. Dylan growled then started sizing Cullen. Wait did he say 'my girl' im not his girl. He didnt ask me out or nothing we just kissed.

"Shes not your girl she mine" Dylan said. Woah im not neither of theres so i decide to step in.

"Dylan what are you talking about? Im not yours your just my protector" I said confused. Cullen smirking and kissed my neck. That set Dylan off. Dylan lunged tackled Cullen. While punching Cullen he spoke. "Dont you dare , disrespect you Alpha or yout Lu" he stopeed and kept on beating him.  Cullen stood no chance against Dylan. He was really hurting him.

I ran up to them and tried pushing Dylan off.

"Dylan stop!" i yelled. But he kept on like i wasnt there.

"Your hurting him" i cried out. Dylan stiffened up. But i gave up and ran out the party.Why does this have to happen the night before my birthday. I walked down the street fast to be pulled back into a hard chest. It was Dylan and i knew it. I pulled back away from him.

"Get off of me Dylan!" i spat at him.He stepped forward only for me to step back.

"Sophia whats wrong?" his eyes softened. What!?

"What do you mean!? WHATS WRONG!? You walk into a party and try to fight a boy i was with! He wasnt doing nothing wrong for you to do that to him. I kind of liked the guy..." when i said that he growled "But he probably wont and know other boy will if you keep trying to beat all of them up!" i yelled.

"You dont need them you have me princess" he  said reaching for me.

"For a couple years now i had a crush on you, but i know nothing is going to happen between us. Your the Alpha, you might find your mate soon, and my birthday and shift is tomorow,  and i hope i find mines so BACK OFF!" i yelled pushing him.

He looked hurt at my words and actions. He took a deep breathe.

"Theres so many things im so eager to tell you, but i cant. You'l find out real soon, but til then ill back off" he said then turned to walk away/

Wtf is thst suppose to mean. I was to mad to argue more so i began to walk home.

-----I opened the door to see my parents there.

"Whats wrong?"my mother asked. I ran into here arms crying. She closed the door and walked me in to the living room.

"Dylan beat up this guy i was with at the party, he really embarresed me mom!" i cried. My parents just looked at eachother.

"This is why im glad your birthday is tomorow" my father said rubbing my back.

"What does that have to do about whats going on now?" i asked.

"You'll see tomorow honey, its going to be a start of a new chapter in your life, promise me, your going to happy. Just go upstairs and go to sleep" my mom said shooing me upstairs. What was they keeping from me. But i didnt care. Tomorow is my birthday, nothing is going to make my day bad.
