Chapter 6 : Forgotten

Levi's POV 

"What do you want"

'Well that's quite a way to greet someone' I thought. But none the less I answer "Well I'm out here looking for my friend and I got lost" He kept a strait face but opened the door  a bit wider and gestures for me to come in. I skeptically took a  step into the shack. After a few steps into the shack, I was startled to hear a door slam shut.

I shot a glare in the other ravens direction before caustically stepping into the shack like house. Keeping a defensive stance I take a glance around it wasn't the cleanest place but it wasn't to bad. There din't seem to be any doors in the house except one witch i'm assuming is the bedroom. Other than that it seems like curtains  are being used in place of doors most of the curtains are closed and i'm in a room bear of any thing other than the couch that's pushed up against the back wall.

I turn as I hear a shifting fabric. I see a man in his early twenties emerge from a recently closed curtain. He gave me a confused look and called back into the room he just came out of in a language I recognized as Spanish this put me more on edge, he could have told someone to bring him a gun or knife a reply came in a language I could only guess was Korean.

  Suddenly the raven haired man walked back in but he was quick to leave when the all to familiar whistle of a teapot called to him the other man had olive skin and light brown hair he spoke first and startled me. Not only that he was now speaking English and had a light accent  "Would you like to sit down?" he asked. "Yes, thank you" I replied as I sat down on the far end of the couch."You know you can sit closer I don't bite" He said the words he spoke were coated with flirtation and came out in a purr like fashion. Within moments the sound of cups being sat down and the raven was standing and towering over the other man. Before I could blink the raven had grabbed the other man's ear and twisted while speaking in a very loud and stern voice "Ok one your fucking married two he's underage dipshit"

The raven then sat down between the other man and myself and started to pour tea. After having prepared two out of three cups of tea raven haired man let out an audible gasp. Suddenly he snapped his head towards me his eyes softened as he spoke "I'm so sorry how rude of me we haven't even introduced ourselves ."

The Raven gestured towards the man beside him "This is my husband and I'm so sorry for his rude Behavior earlier." The other man's eyes seem to hold a sense of panic as if waiting for the onslaught of rude comments after the raven introduced them as husbands . I just nodded towards my head towards the brunette and waited for the Raven to continue speaking,it appeared as if there was a sense of relief that washed over the other man.

The Raven spoke up again "my name is Andy my husband's name is Mike  again I'm so sorry sorry for his rude behavior" this Mike character just flashed his husband a Sheepish grin. Andy sent a glare towards Mike to which Mike only responded with soft murmurs of "I'm sorry" and they were done with their silent bickering Andy turn towards me and asked a simple question "What are you doing out here all alone" I could feel it's a question that they've been wanting to ask. So I begin to explain to them how Eren had gone missing from the bathroom at my school (Leaving out the self harm)

 I described him in detail not missing a beat or leaving out anything. What he was wearing, how his hair looked,  how tall he was, how we smelled they gave me a sympathetic glance. Suddenly the sound of a door opening and closing echoed through the house. The sound of a girls voice followed shortly after yelling a quick "Pops, dad I'm home" Mike got up and left me with the other raven who continued to drink tea. A few moments later he returns with a girl I've seen around school. Andy turned and gave the girl a soft smile saying "HI Kathy, how was school.".

Her eyes were lingering on me as she answers one of her fathers "School was fine dad, hey pops can i get a soda?" mike answers with a simple "Yeah sure" she gets uncomfortably close to ask me "Do you want any thing." I take a small step back and shake my head, brushing off how close she was before and siting back down on the couch next to Andy. Kathy gave a pout before sulking into one of the curtains I could guess was the kitchen. 

After politely declining, I left to continue looking for Eren. 'Now I know i should have checked his house first so that's where I'm headed.' I thought as I made my way down the street of expensive looking houses. 

When i finally reach the house that said 'Jeager residence' I stood in awe of the sight in front of me. This house had to have been the biggest house on the street. Outside There was a small garden planted in mulch up against the front of the mansion. There seemed to be bushes and trees along the side of the house.The house its self was a huge four story building with framed windows and several balconies on different levels. The house was made out of wight bricks and the wood trim looked like a dark stained oak and it seemed to mach the doors. I cautiously made my way up the  front steps and shakily rang the doorbell. 

A woman who seemed to be in her early twenties opened the door  with a bored expression. She had short wight hair, and a thin figure. She opened the door wider, doing a small gesture indicating me to come in. Following the gesture i step inside flinching slightly at the slam of the heavy oak door. The inside was even more bewildering there was a spiral staircase off to the left suddenly I heard a fast tapping witch sounded like high heel shoes on the hardwood floor then suddenly a door burst open and a woman in sharp attire came running in and was followed by five Maids the maids were all carrying two or three suitcases I recognize this woman she ran a huge company up north it did everything from design to makeup to modeling she was quite rich she walked she walked in the Fast Pace over to me she was speaking so fast I could hardly understand a word she said I guess my face showed my confusion because she stopped took a deep breath and begin to explain slower she said "I'm so sorry that it's this late but I need somebody to watch my kids I have to be out there, there's been an emergency and one of my buildings has caught fire I assume you know who I am so are you interested in watching my children for 3 to 5 days I'm paying 300 for the job" this had me stunned I looked on and up and down and just maintained  my emotionless face "sure" I responded she begin to rush out the door before she left she turned around and said and there's a floor plan in on in the dining room table so you don't get lost with that I had no idea what I was getting myself into I don't know how many kids she has I don't know what their ages are. Good God I hope there they aren't infants in I look to my left and there was a huge kitchen with it with a Giant Open Door it seemed more like a hole in the wall more than the door but I took a step closer and the closer and suddenly I was right inside the open kitchen everything was neat and shiny and seem to be decorated with  dazzling silver and black but the decorations weren't what caught my eye over to the left it look like the entrance to the dining room so I started to walk towards the door when I got in there, there was a there was a small boy with yellow hair it was in a bowl cut and almost looked like a coconut 'thank God he wasn't a baby' I thought to myself I guess this was her kid I sat down next to him and said "hello" he looked at me with amazement before going back to looking at his food in a shy manner "what's your name" I ask him trying to keep up a warmer voice than normal he responded this time "Armin" he said barely above a whisper "And how old might you be Armin" I ask "Nine years old." he responded "Well Armin I'm going to be taking care of you for the next week or so is that is that alright with you" he looked up at me in amazement almost as if he had never been asked that before. And then he jumped on me giggling "yes mister You're so nice" after that very odd experience, we walked into the living room together, Armin leading the way, he wanted to show me some of his toys. We walk through a beautiful living room and off to the side of another hallway there were
rooms, two rooms off to the side,  it seems like one was his mother's and the other was his, his door was slightly smaller and everything had dinosaurs all over it. When I walked into his room I was hit immediately but the smell of cleaner. 'thank God This Woman's kids are not messy' Armin was smiling and giggling. 'I guess he was making more Ruckus than I realized' I thought because all of a sudden we heard a glass drop behind me. Armin and I both turned around expecting it to be have been Maids, but when I turn around I saw Eren. His shocked and puzzled expression quickly turning confused.   It made me upset with myself I've been so caught up in all of this that I had forgotten about my real reason for coming here I was trying to make sure Eren was safe.
