Virgil 1st POV

Dum. Dum. Dum. I focus on the sound as Mr. Grason blabbs on about the civil war and the effect it had on our world, as well as how to stop hate and negativity from taking over our lives. This is high school, every boring day gets worse. Just like history used to it repeats itself. You know what school even stands for? Several. Cruel. Hours. Of. Our. Lives.

"Mr. Axanders are you with us?" Mr. Grason asks with curious eyes. I freeze as the whole class turns towards me.

"Y-yes, j-just taking n-notes." I respound desprate to take everyones eyes of me.

"Well then, I am glad to see you trying. Ahem. As I was saying, for those of you still searching for your soul mate..." Mr. Grason continued and everyones eyes left me. This helped but I was still panicked. My eyes droped down to my left wrist. It's like the search just keeps going out into a road that never ends. It has no turns, no signs, nothing but surrounding woods that I am not brave enough to explore. I sigh pulling my black hoody up to cover the words, and start taking notes.

Ding-ringa-ding I slowly gather my things and walk out the door as I put my headphones on. I take out my phone and decied to put on Shinedown, "Sometimes Goodbye Is A Secound Chance". Just as I was about to push play I tripped over someone's lunchbox. I squeezed my eyes shut ready for impact.

Instead of the cold hard tile, I felt something else. Something warm, but strong. I soon realize I'm in some one's arms. I slowly open my eyes to see a stunning jock. His deep brown eyes look just like milk chocolate. His abs visable through his shirt and his hair shining in the light. I feel my face burn up as I try to get out of his hold, but he's stronger and taller than me so I eventually give up.

"Whoa carefull there beautiful, don't want to break any part of that wonderful body now do we?" The stunning jock says. And out of the corner of my eye I see the words on my wrist change into something new, something different, a name.
