FINALLY! I quickly sit up and grab my phone. "Hello?"
"..."
"Hello? Is anyone there?" I ask one more time. "Virgil?"
"Um," The other line responds, nervously. A giant grin spreads on my face. It's really him! "Darling? Are you nervous? To talk to me? I'm flattered!"
"No. Not at all," He says voice slightly shaking. I can't help but grin as he says these words. Can he get any cuter?
