Mrs. Kimbap-nim

While walking around, I saw a stall of kimbap. It somehow caught my attention because it had all these bright lights around it, so I decided to check it out.

"Hello! What flavors do you have?" I happily asked the seller.

I think she's in her late 50's already.

"You're such a pretty kid," she said. "If you buy, I'll give you a discount."

She's so nice.

"There's really no need for that ma'am, but thank you for your kindness."

She pointed to her goods one by one while naming them. "We have tuna, spam, and beef flavors. What's your favorite?"

I politely shook my head. "It's not there, but don't worry ma'am, I'll buy it for my parents instead."

"Oh wait, I have this one too!" she suddenly turned around and handed me a tupperware with another set of kimbap. "I saved some of these cheese kimbap earlier, you might want them."

"Cheese kimbap?" I said as I looked into it.

cheeseukimbap: I'll only be okay if you start dating me, what should I do then? :/

yoda0618: Psht. What a weird person.

"Sana Unnie.." I unconsciously said as my heart started hurting again.

"Oh and that's the only one that I have left. If I were you, I'd take it before it's too late."

But to my surprise, tears suddenly started coming out from my eyes after I heard that. What the heck is this?! I must have gone crazy.. why would I cry over a tupperware with a kimbap?!

"Hey, are you okay?" The lady worriedly asked. She was obviously confused. "You don't have to cry, you still have a chance."

That's right.. I still do have a chance.

I hugged her as I was so grateful for making me realize something important. "I'll buy it all. I won't waste my time to be with her."

She gently pulled away from me and I think that she understood what I meant right away.

I handed her my card which she immediately returned after swiping it. Then she suddenly smiled. "Don't hesitate if you love her, as long as you're not hurting other people. In the end, your fate is still up to the both of you.. If you decide to fight for what you have."

I could only smile at her words before I bowed, but this time I'm leaving with a different mindset. "Thank you so much."

She just happily waved at me, while I finally left with the bags of kimbap.

I started looking for Sana Unnie.. but when I passed by a coffee shop, I immediately saw her going inside.

I carefully followed her to the cashier, and when she finally sat down on a table, I just watched her from a distance. She suddenly stood up, so I quickly hid behind a wall as I heard her speak.

"Tzuyu-yah! Unnie is tired looking for you!"

Wait, did she already see me?

I took a peak, but I saw her standing in front of a woman that I've never seen before.

"Huh?" She gave her an annoyed look.

Sana Unnie just bowed and returned to her seat.

She certainly hasn't given up on me yet.. if she still wishes to fight for me until the end, why shouldn't I?
