Nico POV
I made the call. I was so nervous hands shaking as sweat trickled down my face.
"Hello," said a familiar voice
I bit my lip "Hey Megan your really pretty and all and I think your amazing but I have someone else I love"
I heard what sounded like a sigh of relief on the other side.
"Oh well that's okay I was just about to call saying the same thing"
"I am glad your not mad" I heaved a sigh
"Well can we still be friends?" she asked quickly
"Sure" I replied and with that, I hung up
I dialed Wills phone number this was going to be even harder than asking Megan, not to date.
"Hey Will this is Nico"
"Whats up Nico?"
"I was wondering if you would join me for dinner since the others are at Olympus"
Will didn't say anything for a moment then responded
"Sure why not"
"Meet you at 5"
"Bye"
I hung up the phone and breathed a sigh of relief. I quickly got ready since it was almost 5.
Will POV
I was ecstatic Nico had finally asked me out on a date. I was happily getting ready when he showed up.
"Dad" I mumbled
"How nice of you to show up"
"Yes I know" he replied
"Do you need something?" I asked
"I just came here to give you some friendly advice on how to date a boy"
"How would you know anything about it," I said raising an eyebrow
"I have had my fair share of culture" he replied
"Thanks, dad but I think I can handle it" And with that, I ran out of the cabin to meet Nico at the top of the hill. As I climbed into the black car I noticed a handbook in my pocket. I groaned,
"Whats wrong," he asked
I turned to him he was wearing a black shirt with an arrow on it and a pair of ripped jeans. He was cute in a sort of devilish way. I leaned over and pecked his cheek.
"Nothing just Apollo trying to ruin my life"
And with that, we drove off in search of a Chili's.
