"What do you want-"
Jungkook was cut off once he opened the door by Jin, who hugged him tightly. Jungkook was reluctant but hugged the elder back and smiled slightly, he had missed this. The moment was cut off when Hoseok walked into the room, yelling things happily as he tore the two apart to get his own hug from Jungkook. Both of the elder had really missed him, even if they didn't know exactly why.
"What was it you wanted to tell me-" Jungkook's words were cut off when he held his side in pain, grunting before collapsing to the floor.
Hoseok was the first to get to Jungkook before his knees hit the hardwood floor, "What's wrong, Kook?" Hoseok asked worriedly.
"His soulmate mark said it's been burning him, like fire..." Jin said as Hoseok brought his phone out to look up what it meant when someone's mate mark caused them pain.
"It says if someone's mark burns it means one of two things: the person is in close proximity of their soulmates or the person is thinking of their soulmates..." Hoseok finished before looking at the youngest and smiling.
"Soulmates?" Jin asked quietly before Hoseok interrupted.
"Who are you thinking about then? Huh?"
Jungkook went bright red first, before he sighed, "No one."
"You must be thinking about someone~" the elder pushed on before Jin stopped him and sighed.
"Don't press it, Hobi, we still have what we want to tell him," Jin spoke calmly as he put his hand on Jungkook's shoulder and smiled, "Earlier on the phone I told you that we weren't complete... and that's because we aren't," Jin calmly watched as Jungkook's face contorted with confusion.
"But you found your soulmate-"
"I have two soulmates... and so does Jin," Hoseok said, causing Jungkook's eyes to go wide and his thoughts to go wild at the question.
Could he be their missing soulmate?
Of course the thought of it gave Jungkook a rush but it soon became anxiety as he thought of all of the ways he'd ever be able to disappoint them. Be too much. Not be enough.
"...so then we thought we should tell you first and- Kook? Are you listening?" Jungkook snapped out as Hoseok snapped his fingers in front of Jungkook's face. When the younger flinched in shock, Hoseok glared for a moment before sighing. "Kook, I just poured my heart out to you, telling you my emotions and the things Jin has told me and the fact that we feel like we're missing a piece of ourselves and... You're still not paying any attention!"
Jungkook broke away from where he had been staring at the wall and look right into Hoseok's eyes that had begun to tear up as he rubbed his side, where Jungkook assumed his mate mark was. Jin did the same before a searing pain ripped through Jungkook's mark and it nearly brought him to his knees.
"My mark has never hurt before..." Jin said slowly, uncupping his side as he stood and sighed, getting over the, now dulling, pain. Hoseok nodded in agreement as Jungkook stayed hunched over, breathing heavily as the other two looked in worry as the younger kept heavily breathing and grunting a bit.
"Are you okay, Bunny?" Jin asked, his eyes widening as he thought of that Jimin guy's threat to hurt him if he used pet names.
"It hurts..." was all Jungkook said as he sunk to the floor, neither of them knowing what to do they called the ambulance, hoping to any possible higher-up being that Jungkook was alright. The youngest's breathing picked up as Hoseok put a hand on his shoulder in the attempt to help.
