Info For The Readers

For those who have already read Chapter 2, you may have noticed that Y/N doesn't have a personal weapon yet. Y/N used a basic weapon and what kind of MC uses basic weapons? In this note, I will tell you Y/N's future weapon info.

The weapon will be a sword but a much more special one. If you know Cloud from FF (Final Fantasy) he carried two swords. (I think) The first being the Buster Sword while the other is Fusion Sword. The one Y/N will be using is the Fusion Sword. I will change a few things. (like names and skills)

As we know, (or for those who don't know) the Fusion Swords consist of 6 blades that form into 1 massacre of a blade. According to the wiki, these blades don't have a name thus I will make the names to ease the reader to imagine which sword was used. Well than, let's begin.

Main Blade: Tempest

This blade is the core of the fused sword. Tempest is a blade that has 2 mode. The normal mode is only used before a battle while the battle mode, the name just gave it away. Now what can this sword do; is skills like Plasma Storm and Plasma Slash. This sword is more to the lightning element.

Edge Blade: Demon Blade

The Demon Blade acts as the edge of the fused sword. The function of this sword is to eat up any projectile magic. (Example: Fireball, Water, Lightning) The sword absorbs these magic and stores them inside the blade itself. The more it eats, the more powerful the blade. The stored magic can be thrown back at the enemy and the power varies with the amount of power eaten. But if thrown out, the blade's power resets back to normal.

Back Blades: Demolition Blades

The Demolition Blades are the spine of the fused sword. This sword has nothing special to it. It's also the lightest swords in the arsenal. Although it's lightweight, the strength and power rivals the Demon Blade. These blades are made for quick and powerful slashes.

Side Blades: Gear Blades

These blades are folded and placed at the side of the fused sword. These swords are the smallest of the 6. They also have no special abilities. You can say it's a basic sword. Though this sword is as simple as can be, it can also be quite the tactical weapon. It's easy to throw and the small size can enter places where the other swords couldn't.

Fusion Sword: Machina

The sword all fused together to make one amazing sword. So, what's so special about Machina? Machina can use all the swords ability simultaneously during fights. It's like a 4-in-one weapon. But you won't see this mode being used in a few more chapters because of "reasons". Other than looking cool, its power increased and more skills and combos are opened.

Now the swords statistics are done, time for Y/N's skills.

Skills

1. Plasma Slash: A lightning slash wave formed by Tempest or Machina. Anyone caught in its radius is paralysed for a few minutes. (The paralysis effect will not work if the enemy is immune to lightning) A handy projectile skill.
Paralysis duration varies because;
1. Distance between the enemy and the slash wave. (The farther the enemy, the shorter the duration)
2. Comparison of Y/N's strength with the enemy. (The stronger the enemy, the shorter the duration)

2. Plasma Storm: Y/N will do a 360° slash with Tempest or Machina. After that, lightning will strike in a circle surrounding Y/N. The paralysis effect works the same way like Plasma Slash. (Except for the number 1)

3. Destruction Rush: Y/N will do a 10-hit combo with the Demolition Blades. If the enemy is lightweight, at the 10th hit, the enemy will be sent flying.

4. Meteor Break: Y/N's EXE DRIVE. Y/N will rush at the opponent and impale the opponent with Tempest adding the paralysis effect. Y/N jumps away from the opponent whilst throwing the Gear Blades at him/her. Once landed, Y/N dashes one more time at the opponent to stab him/her with the Demolition Blades. Finally, Y/N throws the opponent into the air and grabs his final sword (Demon Sword) and makes the finishing slash.

You must be wondering, "Where's Omnislash?" Well, this is the first skill set for Y/N using the 6 blades and not Machina. There will be more in the future once Y/N grows stronger.

Oh, just to let you know where he will store his swords, it's going to be at a specially made sheath for all the 6 swords.
