Jughead got to the hospital. They went straight into surgery
Fangs called Betty
"Jughead?" She said "it's 3 am what do you want. Is everything okay?"
"Hey Betty. It's fangs" he said with a voice crack.
"Fangs. What's happened?" She said sounding worried
"Jughead. He. He got shot"
Betty started crying "is. Is he okay?"
"He's in surgery. You better come down. Just. Just in case"

Betty went straight to the hospital
"Fangs" she said
Fangs hugged her "Betty hey"
Sweetpea was there as well
"Who. Who shot him" Betty said
"Toni" Sweetpea said
"She got out of prison?"
"Not for long." Sweetpea said
A nurse came out "Fangs?"
They all looked at her
"That's me" Fangs said
"You here for mr Jones?"
"Yes"
"We don't know if he's going to make it"
Betty teared up "What do you mean?"
"The surgery isn't going to plan. So if you have contact to his parents please get them down here. So if worse comes to worse they need to be here to say goodbye."
Betty started crying and Sweetpea hugged her
"Okay. I will thank you"
The nurse walked away
"I'll call clary and Craig" Fangs said
Sweetpea nodded still hugging Betty. "What about Fp?" Betty said
"What do you mean" Fangs said
"We. We have to tell Fp"
"Okay"  Fangs went away and called clary, Craig and Fp.

Clary and Craig came "What's happening" they said to fangs
"We don't know. They haven't told us anything" Fangs said
Betty was sat trying to think positively.
Clary went over "Betty"
Betty looked up "clary hey" she hugged Her.
"It's gonna be okay Betty. he's going to be okay" clary said hugging her. Betty cried.

Fp ran in "Where is he" he said
Betty looked at him "Fp...we. We don't know if he's going to make it"
"No. No he has to. He's got to make it"
"I know he does. And he will, he's a fighter" Betty said
The nurse came out "Fangs?" She said
"Yes" Fangs said standing up.
"Jughead is out of surgery, he's in recovery. Only one person can go see him."
"Betty you go" Fp said
"No. Fp Your his dad. You have to"
"No. Betty go" Fp looked at her
"Okay. Okay" Betty said going to Jughead.

Fp stood waiting. Clary car up to him "Fp Jones?"
"Yes. That's me" he looked at her
"Hi. I'm clary, your sons foster mum"
"Oh hey" he smiled.
"your son is amazing" she smiled
"Yeah. Is in that easy to look after?"
"Well. We've had a few incidents of him breaking our house rules but apart from that" she smiled
"What rules did he break?"
"Bringing Betty round when he's home alone mostly"
"Brilliant, he would do anything to see her."
"Yeah, it's adorable"
"Yeah it is. How are you doing?" Fp looked at her
"Me. Im. Im doing alright, now that Jughead is okay. How abou you"
"I'm good yeah. Jugheads Okay, just found out Jellybean is at yours as well"
"Yeah. We probably should have called you"
"Nah.  It's fine"
"Yeah" she smiled
"How's the husband" Fp said
"Who Craig?" She looked at him then away "we are having some troubles at the moment."
"Shit how come" he looked at her
"Because, I'm supporting the fact your son is a serpent and Craig doesn't. He thinks it's not good for Nancy. But it's not like he's getting in fights all the time and killing people is it."
"He just doesn't understand the serpents"
"I guess you're right."

Betty went in to the room and sat down looking at him. She teared up seeing all the tubes that were stuck in him and the thing that helped support him breathing.
"Jughead" she softly said, taking his hand.
Jughead was unconscious.
"You're Okay. You're gonna be okay. I love you Jughead, Toni is going to pay for doing this." She whispered.
Jughead slowly opened his eyes "Betty" he softly said, his voice sounding croaky.
"Shhh" she said stroking his hair
"I love you too" he said.
She smiled "why did Toni do this?"
"Because she's a bitch. Because she's a psycho"
"She's going to pay Jughead. She's going to pay for this"
"No she isn't Betty. She...." Jughead started spazzing
"Jughead?" she said
Nurses ran in and pushed Betty out.

A nurse came out to Betty. "I'm sorry mam. Jughead is in a coma, we don't know if he'll ever wake up again"
