-Mia-

"Vincenzo, please!"

"No," he replied, scrolling through his phone as I sighed, putting my hands together and pouting a little.

"Please!"

"Nope."

"Ple-eeee-eee-a-zzzee?"

"No thanks."

"Oh, come on!" I said with a sigh as he finally looked at me. "You always say no to shopping!" He snorted, closing his phone and putting it in his pocket. "Go with Cat or Faith."

This man had changed a lot of his personality but one thing that hasn't changed was his hate for shopping.

I rolled my eyes, "I want to go with you!" He placed his hand over his heart and put on a fake emotional expression, "Thank you. I really appreciate that." Rolling my eyes again, I pulled his arm but he didn't budge and I huffed, folding my arms.

He looked at me playfully and I sighed, licking my lips as I decided to go to the last resort. "Fine. If you go with me-" I slowly pushed his legs apart even more and climbed on him so I was straddling him.

He looked at me curiously as I placed my hands on his chest and looked into his hazel eyes. "I'll give you one, right here, right now." He gave me a surprised look and I rolled my hips onto him. He bit his lip as though to hold back a moan.

I arched an eyebrow up and he groaned, throwing his head back. "Do I have to?" I shrugged, licking my lips as he looked back into my eyes.

"Fine, Christmas shopping it is. But this better be a good lap dance."

I rolled my eyes, flicking my hair over my shoulder as I smirked. "Isn't it always?"

"Ooh, can we buy this?" I asked hopefully like a little child in a candy shop. He rolled his eyes, taking the ornament out of my hands and placing it back on the shelf.

He took my hand and led me out the shop and out on the street. "Why? It was a really good-"

"Mia, you shop like crazy. It's a wonder how you still have money in your bank account. A gnome? Really?" I shrugged innocently as he held my hand, swinging it a little. "It would be cute in the garden." He chuckled, shaking his head before kissing my cheek.

"Come on, let's go and see if we can find something else," he said.

April was at school and Francisco was with my mother, bonding. It was a great time for me and Vincenzo to be alone but I wanted to use this opportunity to buy everyone Christmas presents and decorations. It was Christmas soon and yet I had no idea what to give Vincenzo.

He wasn't a very open person about presents. He didn't seem to mind and that bugged me because I had no idea what to give him. Sentimental or normal? I had no idea.

I thought about clothes but he had loads. Then, I thought of jewellery and of course he had loads of that. I just didn't know what to get him. It was hard even though I knew so much about him.

I considered just giving me as a present and then I realised how stupid the idea was.

'Oh, hey honey, where's my present?' He'd ask.

'It's it's me, dear. You happy?'

That's how I thought it would end up being like. Weird.

I shrugged the thought away and after hours of shopping, we put the stuff in the car and decided to eat out.

He opened the shop door for me and a soon as he did, the bell above it rang. We both looked up to see mistletoe and unexpectedly, everyone in the diner looked at us and chanted, 'kiss!'.
