"Lex, it is necessary, he kidnapped you last year for goodness sake" Jayden groans

"He did WHAT?!" Mason looks shocked and angry at the same time

"I'll leave you two alone" Jayden says and walks away

"I expect you to tell me everything, when you're done talking to Mason" Jayden eyes me and walks out of my room

Mason looks at me expectedly.

"Fine, I'll tell you" I groan

He sits on my bed and smiles at me.

"You know, you're even more stubborn then I thought"

"2 years ago, there came a new boy to my school. This was Caleb. He was really sweet to me and after 2 months we got together. First he was great to me, till I told him I wanted to wait, because I wasn't ready to sleep with him. He got angry and walked away. A few days later he apologized and told me he loved him and I told him the same"

I take a break and look Mason in the eyes. I see a hint of jealousy and pain. Huh?

"He didn't understand why I wouldn't sleep with him, if I loved him. He got so angry one time, that he hit me in the face and stabbed me with a knife"

Mason's jaw locks and he clenches his fists. I pull my sweater up and show him my scar.

"That son of a f***ing bitch"

A small smile appears on my face, because of his reaction and I put my hand on his arm.

"I broke up with him and he couldn't handle it. A week after our breakup he began stalking me. Not just on the internet. He would send me presents and letters, he followed me if I went somewhere and eventually he kidnapped me. I wasn't gone for long, when Jayden found me. I think I was gone for about 4 days. He touched me, tried to rape me and stabbed me more than once with his knife. My mother doesn't know about this, because she was a month away to her mother, who had cancer. I convinced Jayden not to tell mom, but if something like this happened again, he would tell her. I was together with Caleb for 8 months and after 3-4 months the drama started" I sigh

I look in Mason and his eyes reflect pain and hatred. He pulls me in a hug and when he pulls back, he moves his hand to my cheek and wipes away some tears, which I didn't even know were there.

"It's going to be alright Lex, I'm here for you and so are the rest of your friends and your brother"

I smile and look at my hands.

"Could you please not tell this to someone else? Jayden knows already, but he is the only one, with you now. Well, Mark knows too, but I don't have a single clue how" I frown

"Of course I won't tell and what has Mark done to you?"

I tell him and he tells me what Mark has said to him.

"Can you please not tell this to Jayden? He doesn't know"

Mason nods and smiles at me.

Jayden walks back into my room and both the boys look at me expectantly.

"I've already told you the truth about yesterday"

Both of them walk out of my room frustrated and I hear them talk in the hall. I can't understand what they're saying, but I guess it's some kind of strategy to get it out of me.

Well, good luck trying. No seriously, with this kind of things, I'm stubborn as hell. If I don't want to tell you, I won't.

After a while they walk back in. I sit on my bed, Mason takes place in a chair and Jayden keeps standing.
