"So, who is going first?"

Christina's POV

I bite my lip and usher Amy inside. She wanted to 'be brave" for her sisters so she decided to go first.

Do you want us to be with you, honey?

 "Ummm... Yes. Please? Everyone?"

Katherine and I nod and the therapist agrees.

We walk into a decent sized office, a table set up in the corner for kids and a large corner desk with a couple of chairs. Katherine leads Dani, Lauren, and Lisa to the corner and gives them some paper to draw on. She then walks over and sits on the other side of Amy.

"So, hello Amy. How was your day?"

"It was good. We went out to the park as a family and then we went out to eat!"

"Oh. That sounds lovely. Do you do this often?"

"On the weekends but... Mom and Mommy are always busy during the week most of the time. It's their jobs. We have a lot of fun on weekends though!"

"How does not being able to play with them on weekdays effect you?"

Amy shrugs and looks down at her lap. Katherine rubs her back comfortingly.

"I don't know. I get to play with kids and soon I will be going to school again but, I... I like being able to eat with them on weekdays... It's nice."

"Yes. Of course, it is nice. How do you think this effects you? Energy wise?"

"I mean I guess... Over the weekends I have a little less energy but... It's about the same either way."

"Ok. Do you know why you are here?"

"Yeah. I may be energetic but, I'm not stupid..."

"My apologies."

Katherine looks at the therapist with a raised eyebrow. I am confused as to why she thinks we wouldn't tell Amy or why Amy wouldn't know.

"I have had many patients whose parents didn't inform them of their issues, I wasn't sure."

Katherine nods and Amy begins playing with her fingers.

"So, Amy, How do you do in school?"

"I try but... Sometimes I get in trouble because of how... annoying I can be to other kids. one of my teachers yelled at me and... and when I apologized and explained why it happened he... he tried to get me suspended... I am scared to go to school now..."

"Was this at the beginning or end of the year?"

"End... A week or so before school ended. Mom and Mommy didn't get mad at me but... It made me feel bad about my condition."

"You have nothing to feel bad about."

"I know. Mom and Mommy told me that to but... I can't help it. Sometimes... Sometimes I wish I could be normal... You know?"

"I understand. Can you draw me how you feel?"

Mrs. Amanda pushes over some colored pencils and paper and Amy begins drawing. She starts with a girl sitting on the roof of a building. She then draws a moon and begins coloring.

The finished piece will definitely be put on the fridge.

"Can you explain the drawing to me?"

"The girl is me... and the moon is what I want to be. It also represents how alone I feel and the house is the safety of Mom and mommy."

She definitely takes after her mother.

"Wow. It's beautiful. You can keep this and we will be done when you tell me what you thought of this session."

"It was fun! I didn't like it at first but, I like the drawing. Can I go play now?"

Amy looks at me giving me puppy dog eyes. I nod yes. She smiles brightly and rushes over to play with her sisters.

That went well

"Yes, Yes it did."

"So, who is going next?"

Lisa

"Lisa."

"Ok. Remind me of how she likes to express herself."

"She loves singing but, has recently lost that passion. She is good with fashion and art as well."

"Good to know. Would one of you like to go get her?"

I nod and get up silently. I walk over and crouch down next to Lisa. She looks at me with her rich chocolate brown eyes, the nervousness and brokeness evident in her eyes.

It's your turn honey. If you want Mom and I can be with you if you would like.

"O-Ok. Please?"

Of course.

Lisa gets up and leans on me as we walk toward the desk.

I named it Amy's turn because I am planning to write out most of the therapy sessions for each of the girls. Therefore, Amy's therapy session, 1st one.

I was going to put this chapter up earlier but, I wanted to eat first so... Deal with it.

K, Bye
