I run my hands through my hair, watching the new king present himself. Being a magical creature in hiding is not fun especially seen as how I'm a mage. I have my mage piece for my small kingdom way off base, and I don't plan on giving my key to anyone. It may sound greedy but I have seen the plans the new king of Elchia, his queen following closely behind. I watch as he talks to his kingdom, yet he keeps looking in my direction.

I gulp quietly as he keeps looking in my direction before being inconspicuously nudged by his sister. I chuckle quietly, before turning around and walking out of the area, hopefully back to my hut. I'm known as the magic user and I were pardoned by the last king when I was seeking refuge. I left my kingdom 9 years ago, running from my parents. They wanted me to marry off to the princess here, but I declined that I would rather be stripped of my title.

If they see me now, they would know that was a bad call for when they actually did it. I then was kicked out of the castle, is expected to come crying back. Instead, I walked out forever, leaving my only family. That was a long time ago, and now I am a powerful Mage that is asked by the humans to heal them. Think of me like the city's doctor, but I only get to help them. There's only one of me so I really don't mind all of the attention.

So every day I patch up wounds, and I heal others, while also reading, and keeping my animals alive. My animals are mainly for sending messages to the other factions. It comes in use when I was talking with the few other countries, that want to take over Elchia. I still ask questions about there medical supplements, if I am called out of the country. 

Anyway off of my monologue, I am pulled out of my thoughts by feet hitting the pavement. Which means that they probably released the ceremony of the King and Queen/Princess. I see my sign to my home and office, and quickly open it staying out of the way from the stampede of people. I put my cloak on my hangers, and grab my apron and tie it around my neck and waist. My tank top is covered by the simple apron that helps my job a lot. I pull out the different medication lists and I start pulling out different plants.

I pull out a tiny bowl and I start smashing the supplements for the required amount of supplement. I was so focused on my work I almost didn't hear the bell ringing, telling me someone was here. Looking up I see King Sora and Princess Shiro with their maid. I wipe my now dirty hands and walk around the counter and bow slightly before speaking,"How can I help you King Sora, Princess Shiro, and ex Princess Stephanie?".

The old princess looks taken aback but before she could speak King Sora spoke,"Yes, I am looking for some remedies to help relieve stress, or to calm me.". I nod along to what he wanted before I go back to the counter and bend down, to see what kind I have. I grab an Antidepressant, Anxiety, and just for the regular sniffles.

I place the envelopes on the counter, before ringing them up. I speak again,"Anything else?"

Then Princess Shiro steps forward,"I need something to help my growth."

"I apologize, Princess Shiro, But I can't help you with that. My expertise cant help the human body in a growth spurt, but I do have something that could help."

"Like a tip?"

"Yes! Eat your vegetables, sleep well, and drink milk, because then you won't get super sick. Goats milk is better then Cows so try that. If you want I can check up on you now, and if you follow the regimen right you can grow a few inches in 3 weeks when I check on you again."

"When are your checkups?"

"Normally, I check up every month. ex Princess Stephanie should know this seen as how she spent all of her youth with me being the kingdoms doctor.".

"I remember now. You also grew a lot to Sir, maikal. Its been a while since I have fully seen you. How has dairil been?"

"Sadly Dairil is out sending letters to other people so he shouldn't be back until tomorrow. Now back to Princess Shiro, Does that sound really good for us?"

"Yes thank you. Brother, I believe we need to pay.".

I completely forgot that King Sora was still here, so I was startled when he spoke."Stephani, please remind us when we get back to the palace. How much do we owe you for the whole medications." 33 gold pieces. And I will get right on measuring Princess Shiro's measurements right away, your majesty's.". King Sora hands me the gold pieces and I place them in my locked safe that goes straight to my account in my room.

Princess Shiro walks behind me after I place the medications in a small bag, before heading to my measures. I grab my tape and a piece of paper and I begin to write down all of her measurements. I am looking out my focus by Princess Shiro whispering,"Are you gay?". I am startled but come back after a few seconds. I look up at her and put my finger to my mouth. She smiles a little before looking back to King Sora." well, that's all then. I plan to see you Ms.Shiro and 3 weeks so don't delay and start what I told you to do. Goodbye You three. See you all along the city."I say as they grab their stuff and walk out. I smile a little bit as I finally felt myself really relax for today.

I go back to breaking up the pieces of medicine for all of the townspeople who truly need it. By the end of the night I fill up 7 envelops for when they come by, and if they cant I will have Dairil drop them off at there homes. I lock up shop and walk to my kitchen and start preparing a small meal. I cook a fried rice and put it on a plate and grab a fork. I walk upstairs with one of my drinks, made for drinking only. I sit on my balcony as I see people walking by, taking in the fresh air and heading to taverns with their families. I watch the sun slowly lower into the mountains, releasing a gust of wind coming in, showing the moon.
