Dear Diary,
I'm twenty-five, and I see Carter standing at the end of the aisle. My mom is looking back at me from the front row with tears in her eyes, her cancer scare far behind us. My dad is on my arm about to walk me down the aisle and give me away. Landon is standing beside Carter as his best man, and Kelsie is standing where I will soon be. I'm desperately trying to hold back tears, and I can tell Carter is too. This day is everything I ever hoped it would be. Standing here now, I can't believe everything had brought us to this moment. The hair pulling, the name calling, the awkwardness, the friendship, all leading up to us choosing each other. Forever. I take the first step down the aisle, and straight toward the beginning of the rest of my life.
To New Beginnings,
Anna
