Chapter 7

When I wake up the next morning, Kylie is still asleep. I take a second to look at my beautiful, sleeping girlfriend. I quietly and gently slip out of bed and get dressed. I write Kylie a quick note telling her to text me when she wakes up. I stick the note to her phone, knowing that she will see it as soon as she wakes up. I gently place a kiss on her forehead before I slip out of the room.

I set out on my mission, looking for the people who work the firework shows at night here at Disney. It takes me a while, but I manage to find exactly who I am looking.

A guy, around my age, looks up as I walk up to him. He stands up and smiles at me. "Hey," he says, sticking his hand out.

I shake his hand. "Hey! I'm Alex."

"I'm Jace! How can I help you?" He asks.

"Umm... I have a question for you," I tell him.

He laughs. "Okay! Shoot!"

"I have this idea. It's my girlfriends birthday in just over a week. I want to do something really special for her, so I thought that it would be really cool if I could get 'Happy Birthday Kylie! Love, Alex' shot across the sky. I was wondering if that was maybe possible?"

Jace scrunches his face. "Hmm... I can't see it being a problem. I'll talk to my boss and get back to you. Okay?"

"Okay! Do you... want my number? That was you can just text me and we can meet up again," I suggest.

He smiles and hands me his phone. I hand him mine and proceed to punch my number into his phone. I hand it back and he hands mine back. "Thanks so much, Jace!" I tell him.

He giggles. "No problem Alex! I'll text you as soon as I can!"

"Alright! Bye!"

I turn back and run back to the hotel. I am almost back at the room when Kylie calls me.

"Morning babe!" I tell her.

"Where are you?" She asks. I can tell that she literally just woke up.

"I was looking for something! Do you want breakfast?" I say, stopping to grab myself a bagel at the free continental breakfast in the lobby.

She laughs. "I don't know. Can you get me pancakes?"

I look around and spot toaster pancakes. "Yes I can! I'll be up in a few minutes."

I make Kylie a few toaster pancakes and grab a few packets of syrup and run up to the room. Kylie already has coffee made for the both of us.

"Morning," I say, kissing her.

I put her pancakes on the little table in our room. She smiles up at me. She puts syrup on her pancakes and starts eating them happily. "What were you looking for?" She asks with a full mouth.

"Something for your birthday surprise," I tell her.

She frowns. "I don't want a surprise!"

"Well, you're getting one!"

"Ugh!"

I walk up behind her and wrap my arms around her, kissing her neck. "You'll love it. I promise," I breath in her ear.

Without warning, she gets out of her chair and tackles me to the bed. I land with a thud with Kylie on top on me. "I'll ask again," she says, playing with the bottom of my shirt, "what can I do to make this surprise not happen?"

I smirk at her. "I don't know. Why don't we find out?"

She leans down and bites at my bottom lip, playfully. I part my lips and chuckle as her tongue slowly slips into my mouth. She lays her hands on the inside of my thighs, moving her hands up and down my thigh.

I stifle a soft moan and smirk at her again. "This can wait until tonight, Ky. Let's go have fun today!"

She pouts at me, but climbs off of me. "Fine."
