Jake's P.O.V.
CC and Ana came home from their date holding hands and laughing. I rolled my eyes. CC dating Ana was a joke. They did not make a good couple. Then CC kissed Ana. That pushed me off the edge.
I cleared my throat. "Hey Ana, can I talk to you in private?" She nodded and I followed her outside.
Ana's P.O.V.
"So what's up?" I asked sweetly. Jake hesitated. "Nothing, I just, so here's the deal. Please don't hate me but I don't think that you and CC make a good couple. Listen, I'm a friend to both of you and I'm just being honest. Don't be mad. I just felt I had to put in my opinion." I looked at Jake with a hurt expression. It clicked in my mind why Jake didn't like my relationship with CC.
"Do you like me, Jake?" I asked softly. Jake scoffed. "No, not me." I was now confused. "Then wh-" I was cut off by another voice from behind me.
"I do."
I shot around and my eyes widened. "Oh. My. God." The male smiled.
This couldn't be happening.
