Gary's POV

I ran as fast as I could into the road to the beach, I really don't know why, but I felt hurt, by Ash of all people. I found a woodsy area and ran into it
"Umbeon come out." It could tell I was  sad and tried to cheer me up by being cute "you know Umbreon I met up with an old friend, remember Ash
"UMBREON!" I could tell it was shocked.
"Pikachu wasn't with him at the time so I didn't think to send you out, I'm sorry for being selfish. A single tear started to run down my face
"DAM IT ASH"

"Are you ok"
"I saw an Umbreon with a trainer who had his hair covering one eye.
"You look familiar."
"Well I haven't seen you around." I wipe my eye.
"Can't you tell that I'm thinking, geez your just like Ashy-boy."
"You mean Ash?" I was surprised.
"Yah how do you know ash." He was in though for a second.
"We've met before, how did you two met though."
"Me and him are from pallet town, I'm actually professor Oaks grandson. Me and him were rivals, and I've always called him that nickname, Ash always gets mad when I say that name, but it's kinda cute... WHAT AM I SAYING, I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOUR NAME AND I'M TELLIMG YOU MY SECRETS.
"... you got a lot of issues, but since I got nothing to do ill help, oh and the name gladion."
"Gary, well you know what I just realize that we both have an Umbreon, I think it's cool."
"I think your cool." Suddenly Gladion put his lips on mine. After a second he realized what he did he pulled away, I was blushing really hard.
"I-I have to go bye Gary, and I'm sorry."
"I-its ok."
"Bye."
"Bye."

And that's the last time we saw Gladion I wonder why*looks to corner and sees Dawn and May covered in blood.
Me: I kinda don't want to ask, but is that Gladion.
Dawn and May look at each other

"Then you two be good now make sure our pallet ship stays alive
"Ok we will"
