The next morning came, and Natasha was exhausted. She barely had any sleep, what do you expect?
"Natasha! Hurry up! We're leaving for school!" Danielle called.
"Ugh.. School.." Natasha said, as she walked up to her empty closet. She needed something to wear, but all of her clothes were terrible. She sneaked into Danielle's bedroom closet, only to see a dead body, hanging.
"Shit.." Natasha muttered, as she stepped back.  Natasha ran back to her room, and decided she rather wear her clothing than go pick something out of that grave.. Natasha went downstairs, scared. Danielle is a murderer.
"Ugh.. there you are," Danielle said, pulling her arm with her people-killing hands. Natasha felt her heart go cold. Danielle took her into the car, and there sat Loki, Bucky, and Steve. She sat next to Steve and Bucky, trying not to yell "Your mother is a killer!" Natasha felt sweat drop from her face. Eventually, Bucky noticed.
"Are you okay?" Bucky asked, putting his arm around her shoulder. Natasha nodded. Steve turned to Natasha, a look of worry on his face.
"Just a bit seasick.." Natasha muttered. Steve gave a look of relief, and Bucky went on his phone, his arm still around Natasha.
They entered the school. There was people all over giving her weird looks. Natasha didn't care if people were watching her.. she was thinking about Danielle. Bucky and Loki went to their lockers, while Natasha forcefully pulled Steve into the janitor's closet.
"W.. What are you doing?" Steve yelled.
"Your step mother is a killer!" Natasha said, her hands still grabbing his shoulders.
"Huh?!" Steve yelled, with a look of confusion.
"I went into Danielle's closet, and I found a dead body, hanging from the ceiling!" Natasha said, looking up at Steve.
"Oh.. Shit.." Steve muttered, sliding down the wall, and, eventually, sitting on the floor.
"I have to go.. can you help me escape?" Natasha asked.
"What? No, I won't. I need someone's support right now, Natasha. You can't leave me.." Steve said, with a frown. Natasha sighed.
"Okay, fine," Natasha said, leaving the closet. She headed into her new locker, putting her books in. A girl was decorating her locker next to her. She was well dressed, wearing professional clothing. Natasha looked down to what she wore. A dirty leather jacket, plain white shirt, jeans, and dirty sneakers. She sighed. The girl looked at her, and smiled.
"Hi.. I'm Sharon Carter," the girl said, holding her hand out. Natasha gave her a fake smile, and shook her hand.
"I'm Natasha.. Natasha Romanoff," Natasha said, closing her locker.
"You must be new here.. I will show you around!" Sharon said, gesturing for her to come. Natasha followed her, as Sharon led her into a room, filled with books.
"This is the library. Our librarian, Mrs. Anyah, will help you if you need any book, and we also have computers over there," Sharon continued. Natasha crossed her arms on her chest, pretending to care.
"Can I see your schedule?" Sharon asked, nicely. Natasha pulled her schedule out of her pocket, and handed it to Sharon. Sharon scanned through it.
"Oh! You have the same first period as my boyfriend! Come, I will introduce you to him," Sharon said, pulling her out of the library, and into the hallway. Sharon took her to a locker, and beside it stood Steve.
"Steve!" Sharon yelled, hugging him.
"Hi," Steve said, hugging her back, before noticing Natasha.
"Steve, this is Natasha," Sharon said.
"Yeah, I know. She is the kid who will be staying at my house, remember?" Steve answered back, staring in Natasha's emerald eyes. Thoughts filled Natasha's mind. Steve has a girlfriend?!
"Oh, yeah! She has first period with you, BTW. Okay, I have to go," Sharon said, planting a kiss    on Steve's cheek.
"So, you met Sharon?" Steve asked.
"Yeah.. I thought you said you don't have any support.. you have a girlfriend," Natasha said, leaning on his locker.
"Sharon won't understand my situation," Steve sighed. Natasha nodded.
"I will see you later.." Natasha said, leaving him alone at his locker. Steve sighed.
