No Exuses

^Note^ Hello again I'm sorry I haven't updated sooner and I had State testing and also so many other things  happening and I'm sorry^

Sami POV

After putting in the keys to start the car I turn to the quiet guest passenger who was looking scared and out of place. Lexi saw me looking at her, she blushed and turned to look out the window after about of five seconds I pull out of the parking spot I was in and we began our quest to go home. As I was driving out of the school parking lot I looked at Lexi who was still looking out of place and awkward and was looking at the window watching the sky slowly follower her with me alongside her. " So Lexi" Lexi jumped at the sound of her name and looked at me with a sort of sadness that I couldn't pinpoint, "You want to play 20 questions?" I ask while turning into a small burger joint. Lexi looked confused for either why I asked a childish question or why we are getting food , "Why would we play the game?" She asked while looking at me not in the eye ,but like my nose or something below my eyes as if she was scared to look at them. "Well because I want to know who you are as a person" I told her while looking into her eyes and a lopsided smile that I hope said I was a friendly person and not someone that takes girls I find. When I said that she looked even more confused like a lost puppy asking you for help, her eyes said the same thing her body language said 'something was wrong' with her looking down and jumping to other things I saw in the few minutes I've spent with her. Lexi slowly shifted in her seat then looked at me with some determination of something before saying "Ok what do you want know about me?" Lexi asked with confusion and anxiety swirling around in her pretty eyes. And with the quiet permission she gave me I asked her "What is your favorite class?" I ask with curiosity and a smile that would make anyone think I was a bit crazy with how big it was towards the girl next to me. Lexi seemed confused either why I cared about her favorite subject or why I was asking about that, nevertheless Lexi looked at me and answered "I enjoy English with the writing not so much the looking at poems with a hidden deep message" Lexi says with some confidence and sass 'That's funny her trying to be other then quiet' I think to myself.After me thinking about her Lexi turns to me with a questionly face written all over her cute face "You can ask me a question you know?" I ask Lexi she looked shocked that I said that towards her she opened her mouth and before she could ask the food that we ordered and forgot since we were talking came and stopped Lexi from asking me her question. After giving Lexi the food she ordered we ate in a silence that was odd when we were finished we through away our trash and I took Lexi to my house to finish talking to the quiet girl. As I pull up next to the curb Lexi looks at me and was asking 'Why am I here?' "Because we didn't finish our conversation and before you say anything It's fine and if you want to go home just tell me" I say to her after taking the information just given to her she looks like she is thinking about heer options before saying yes I mentally fist pump before jumping out of the car.
