Sami's POV

After about 30 minutes of hard studying, I closed my textbook and turn to see Lexi finishing writing down the answers before putting her pencil down and shaking her hand, chuckle as the behavior Lexi snaps her head towards me looking at me with her wide hazel eyes that stared into my chocolate colored eyes. "I think we're done for the day," I say with amusement in my voice Lexi's face darkens and looks down at the worksheet who then stands up from my desk and starts packing up. "Hey just because we're done studying doesn't me we can't watch a movie or something?" I question with remote in hand Lexi's face lights up before darkening just as soon as it lit up making me think I imagined it. "I don't want to be more of a problem being here longer" Lexi shyly says with a small shrug. "I want to," I say while turning the TV on "what do you want to watch?" "Youtube?" With that I go to the app and as it loads turn to the shy beauty "Who do you want to watch?" I question Lexi looks up to the ceiling and thinking for a moment you can tell by the way her nose wrinkles and "Shane Dawson" I hear breaking me from my thoughts "What?" "Shane Dawson," She says with more confidence, but still reserved as if I would be upside about who she wants to watch. " Sure do you like Garrett?" I inquire as type the name into the search bar. Lexi's small smile grows into a huge smile were you could see her teeth 'I guess she likes him' I think before deleting the previously named YouTuber and typed the other name in before clicking on the video titled 'Moving Out Of My Apartment' and watching the madness of the video. And before long both of us are laughing not small laughs, but big belly laughs leaving our bodies and mixing into the air above the sounds from me are one of something from a horror movie while the angel on the other side laugh is someone of a real angel talking to me. At this point, I'm not watching the video anymore and staring at Lexi and before long I'm so surrounded by me being a creep Lexi had to shake me scaring me "You OK?" she questions quietly "Oh yea sorry Do you want to watch some compilations?" I ask her head turns at the question like a dog 'That is adorable and then explain that there are videos of him just being Garrett and click on one. From what she told me about a lets' player who screamed like a little girl which I laughed at that and clicked a video of a bear suit.

After about an hour of watching a man who named himself "A BITCH BABY" and screams each time some noise happened in the horror game which in turn made us go down the rabbit hole of lets plays from an Irish man to a Swedish man who likes to say what's wrong with YouTube. But as we clicked on more videos I saw how happy she got that player had done something and didn't try to hide from me anymore to someone who was giggling like a little girl. Just as a video about how to hide a fart was starting I heard a gasp and looked to see Lexi packing up I looked at my phone it was late 9:30 'Damn' I look back to see Lexi put her bag on her shoulder and opened the door and almost walked out before I jumped down from the bed and ran holding her hand "I'll take you home" I say as I let her hand go already missing the feeling of her hand in mine. I put on some shoes and a snapback before walking out of my room with Lexi a few paces behind me as we walk down the stairs I hear my father's voice coming from the dining room I sigh as I come closer to the room with the man I used to call 'dad' as we walk by grasp Lexis hand grabbing my keys "Samantha?" I hear and stop "Yes sir" I call back "Where are you going?" sighing and dragging Lexi with me and hid her as good as I could behind me "I'm going to drop my friend off," I tell him I hear a dry laugh "A friend? Or a 'Friend'" I can tell that he was trying to get a reaction from me "She came over to study and I'm dropping her off" I can almost hear the resentment from the sentence I told him but before he could say anything I cut him off "I'll be back soon" and with that I turn back around to the door and walk out and close the door letting out a sigh I walk down to my car and open it for the girl before opening mine and sitting down. We just sit there for a few seconds "I'm sorry" I tell her while putting the keys in and starting the car "I had fun" I hear from the seat next to me shocked I looked at her to see if this was a joke she stared right back before pushing her hand on my head to the windshield getting the message I pull out and start driving down the driveway and then stopped since I didn't know where she lived.

After getting the directions I pull into a small, but nice home I park, and she unbuckles grabbing her bag she looks at me "Thank you" She says I nod, then get out and walk to her side and open the door. When she gets out we walk to her door and stop with her blushing "See you tomorrow" then I get a kiss on the check and then left alone thinking about the heat that her lips put onto her face I turn to my car and see the one person I didn't want to see again.
