Sadie is super confused right now.
Like, what the heck? Percy has called Lacy, who's completely normal (or so she seems), and now monsters are attacking them? What happened to a few seconds to let the information sink in?
But after a few seconds (or more like minutes), the whole class is still silent. Sadie's mind, meanwhile, is still screaming what the heck what the heck what the heck! You can't be serious!
Thank goodness, just when Sadie was about to explode, a phone call came, confirming that Percy is, indeed, not serious. "Hey guys, I was just kidding earlier. I got a dare to do it though, so don't blame me!" Percy paused, "However, Chiron has issued specific orders for Thalia, Nyssa, Lacy, Malcolm, and Piper to reveal themselves. I repeat, Thalia, Nyssa, Lacy, Malcolm, and Piper, you're revealing yourselves. There's no reason, just do it. Bye!" The phone dropped dead.
The people called stood up. Thalia stepped forward. "I am Thalia, daughter of Zeus. I am a demigod, and a Hunter of Artemis. Lieutenant, in fact. We are going to tell you about our world."

Oookaay? So the monsters are not attacking, but now Nyssa and Lacy are demigods, as well as Thalia, Piper and their Greek Mythology teacher, Mr. Pace / Malcolm.
Sadie's first thought is that greek mythology is useful after all.
