Its silent around us. How is it that every encounter starts this way? Eliza appears out of now where; steady, confident, and I'm taken by surprised; stunned, helpless to the unexpected thats sure to occur. As always her timings perfect, theres no one around and I'm stuck to succumb to anything she has planned for me. Its hotter in here. I'm already starting to sweat under her heavy gaze as she continues to just stare. What does she want now? Cant she just spare me the embarrassment for today; I think I've had enough. I wish I could move my damn mouth and tell her that."We need to talk.." She repeats and cross her arms.
"You already said that.." I mutter. Wow, I was actually able to say something snarky. I haven't totally lost it yet.
Eliza quietly smirks as she begins to slowly pace the room. She diverts her eyes into space to think, giving my eyes the opportunity to wander elsewhere.
They trickle down her back as she turns around. Eliza's hair is pulled up into a bun on her head, exposing her back. Her long torso is lined by the tight v-neck shes wearing, showing the curves of her hips as it leads to her shorts. Her fit bum is accompanied with a pair of well sculpted thick legs, toned all the way down to her calves. I haven't had the chance to observe her athletic wear thoroughly; I'm sure if I had I wouldn't be able to function like right now. How could anyone not be speechless from seeing a body such as hers. Her smooth milky skin, crafted to be perfectly proportioned but still outstanding in every way. I would've never imagined that little twiggy Eliza would fill out so nicely.
"I know you're staring. I can practically feel the hole in my back."
I quickly look down as if I've been caught red handed. Dammit, how'd she know.
"By the look on your face, I guess I was right."
I mentally curse at myself. Of course she was just testing me and of course I fell for it. Why am I so damn gullible today!
"I wasn't staring." I grumble. Staring would imply I didn't even blink. I blinked a couple times in transition from one place to another. Thats technically not lying.
"Just like you weren't staring outside as well?" She challenges.
"You were staring at me!" I retort defensively.
"Because you were staring first." She says simply. "Thats why I looked back."
I don't have any more to argue with her, and the knot I had momentarily forgotten returns when she starts to advance towards me again. Why couldn't she just stay where she was; at least then I stood some sort of chance against her.
She comes to a halt, similar to the place she was beforehand; only this time, she begins to unwind the bun that was holding all her hair. It gracefully falls to frame her face and gently glides down the rest of her body. She tousles it as she does, but more slowly, seductively like. She never breaks eye contact with me throughout the whole process. Eliza just watches me, discerning my reaction.
"I asked you a question the first day I got here.." She begins, sliding her hair to the side. "I ask if you thought I'd changed."
I nod, remembering the question. We were in the last period of the day and she surprised me with the anxious look on her face. It was the first time I saw her nervous.
"You referred to me as a disgusting hobbit, a parasite, and if my memory serves me right, you finished with saying that I was still a bitter, rotten, black-hearted wretch from before." I cringe at the memory. I was so proud when saying it but now that I reminisce on the act, I feel ashamed. I had attacked Eliza for no reason; just for my own petty child-hood vengeance. It was stupid and unnecessary.
