Kara's pov.

We all climb out of the helicopter when we land in some kind of desert. I wonder what else the DEO owns. Ashley looks around and nods. "This will do." she says.she walks a little bit further away and then turns around. "Uuhm, before i start i should tell you guys that i can't really controle this. So uuh yeah, let's do this!" she says with an nervous smile. She spreads her arms and starts to fly a little bit of the ground. After a minute she lands and looks at us. "Whell i got to say that it was pretty cool, but that didn't explain how you blew up the old skate park." j'onn said. Ashley nods and holds out her palm. We wait for a few seconds until her hand start to catch fire. She waits until it's about five centimeters high before bringing her other hand towards the flame. She concentrates on whatever she's doing when suddenly the flame turns into ice. She walks over to us and gives j'onn the ice. "I really didn't mean to blow up the old skate park. I kind of loved it there. Whell i gues it's gone now." she says sadly. "Ashley, are you an alien or a metahuman?" j'onn asked. "I'm a metahuman. Actually just turned into one. Today was the first time i did this." ashley says.

An hour later

Alex's pov.

We decided to go back home and on the way we chatted a little bit with ashley. She's actually a really sweet girl! And also really smart. We enter the DEO building with ashley following us in. "So how old are you? Seventeen, eighteen?" i ask her. She smirks and shakes her head. "I'm sixteen." she says. "Woah, your crazy smart for a person your age! And also kind of tiny." i say. She stares at me for a second before shaking her head. "You're just big." she says. I look at her and smile. "Whatever you say, hobbit." she looks at the ceiling and shakes her head. "And that's how you know that god doesn't ecxists." she mutters. She looks at me and smirks. "Hy ashley! We should probably get you home. We don't want you parents to be worried." maggie says. Ashley shakes her head. "No, you don't have to do that! I sneaked out of the house so they don't know that i'm gone." she says. I feel maggie taking my hand. "That's really dangerous. What if something happend to you?" i ask her. She just shrugs and smirks. I hope for her safety that she isn't a dare devil. "Well anyway, we still can take you home. Come on, i'll show you where the car is." maggie says. Ashley shakes her head again. "No, thank you. I'm going to fly home. If i have these powers might aswell try to use them, right?" she says. I nod. "We can help you with that. Just come back here tomorrow after school! We will help you with your powers then!" i say. Ashly's smirk turns into a smile. "Are you serious?" she asks. Me and maggie both nod. "Thank you guys so much!" she says. "No problem dwarf. Now go home!" i say. Ashley shakes her head at the nickname. "I'm not even here for a day and the short jokes are already starting." she says. I just smile and wave at her. She smirks and waves back before flying of. "That kid is crazy smart." i tell maggie. "She is? I wonder wich school she goes to." maggie says. I nod my head. "I wouldn't even be suprised if she was already in college." i say.
