My pack chatted while waiting for pack fur-fang to arrive, as soon as we heard screeches and howls announcing their arrival. Silence washed over us as pack fur-fang stood proudly before us.
My eyes examined them until they landed on the girl that stepped forward with a guy and for some reason my wolf had an overwhelming urge to rip his throat out. Anyway back to the girl she had purple hair that reached above her waist and was wearing jeans with a simple black t-shirt and denim jacket, her waist supporting a plaid long sleeved shirt. She looked like she had curves and a good build. I was pulled out of my thoughts to only be surrounded by an uncomfortable silence that the girl broke.
" Alpha Ryder i presume" she said scanning him, instead of a yes/no answer my father just raised an eyebrow up and did something very unlike him, he blurted out,
"You know that this will be a very intense couple of months right?" this comment earned him a smirk from the girl, it held mischief and playfulness along with a hint scrutiny. Whoever the girl is she clearly was trained for encountering people, I wonder what the girls rank was in her pack. Note to self: find out the girls name, what i can't keep referring to her as 'she' and 'the girl'. I payed attention as she started to answer my dad in that sweet voice of hers.
"My parents said always warned me about playing with fire", Dad flinched when she mentioned her dead parents, i wonder what happened and who they were to gauge out such a reaction from a man like my father who played the worlds best poker face, "But i always said that i was smoke, and you know what they say " she paused, for effect or just because she was waiting for dad to answer her was unknown," where ever there's smoke ..." she lowered her voice definitely for effect i concluded "There's fire".
The whole of Blood Moon pack visibly tensed at her words, then suddenly she changed her tense posture into a more welcoming one, and plastered a innocent smile on her face,
"Sooooo, about where me and my pack are staying..." ah so shes the alpha, two words hot and powerful! and for some reason my wolf kept of putting images of me and the girl having pups together, i tried to dismiss the thoughts far away into the back of my mind but secretly couldn't help and think of what the kids would urn up. Dad shook his head as if trying to get rid of the threatening vibe she subtly put in the air that said 'mess with me and i will leave this pack in smoke', and i quote "where ever there's smoke there's fire" and quote.
"Of course right this way" my father turned and started walking the girl and her pack following after him. The guy next to her nudged her with his shoulder "Creepppppppppp" he whispered teasingly "Excuse me?! is that anyway to talk to your Alpha?!". They both chuckled trying not to get to much attention. The girl cocked an eyebrow up at the me and I realized that i was glaring at the guys shoulder that was rubbing against her and swiftly turned my head to focus my glare at the ground. As she passed me i tried to get a whiff of her scent but nothing came up not even from the guy.
As i laid in bed that night my wolf was particularly restless and a certain female Alpha kept popping into my mind. Groaning i stuffed my face into my pillow, all i know is that i want to know more about that girl and i will.
"Awww but i was having such a nice holiday" Alex complains while Raven stays silent in the corner we both look at her expecting some sort of sarcastic remark. she sighs,
"The girl?...is that all you could come up with?! MY WOLF HATES BEING DISRESPECTED!!!" she shifts,
Author turns to the reader and says in one breath "Wellseeyounexttime" disappears as Raven shifts and attacks her. Alex takes popcorn out and watches Raven destroy everything.
