Knock knock

"Y/N?"

An angelic voice successfully made my head lifted up.

"Oh... you're here.." I spoke up.

The figure smiles and walks towards me. I saw her bringing a plate full of food and a glass of mineral water.

"It's lunch time" she said and sits next to me.

I sighed.

"What's wrong with the sigh?" She puts the glass down and holds my hand.

I shake my head and take the plate from her hand. I stare at the food for long enough until I shove a spoon into my mouth.

Plain

"I'm sorry if it tastes bad, I'm not the one who made it" Rose said, lowering her head.

I chuckled.

"No, that's okay... I can see it from the look" I said, continue to eat the plain food. I heard her sighing.

"I heard from the other that you attacked a doctor yesterday. What's wrong, hm?" I felt her soft hand landed on my neck, gently caressing my jawline.

"He was too harsh... he did everything impatiently, he hurted me so I hurted him back... he didn't do his job like you did" I looked at her. She smiled gently.

"You have to get well with the other doctors and nurses... I can't always be here to take care of you, right?" She bites her lower lip. I nodded.

"I know, you have to take care of the other patient too.." I smiled and put my plate down on a table.

I heard her letting out a long sigh. But I shrugged it off.

Suddenly, she moves closer to me and cupped my cheeks. Making me look at her deep in her eyes.

"Rose?"

Then, I felt a pair of soft and warm lips is being pressed against mine. I kissed her back, wrapping my arms around her slender figure.

The kiss was slow and gentle, not like she usually did.

All of sudden, she pulled away and looked away from me. She stood up.

"Rose? What's wrong?" I asked.

She doesn't even bothered to turn around and look at me.

"I-I need to go... drink your medicines, o-okay?" She stuttered.

I smiled and stood up, I hugged her from behind and kisses her jaw gently.

"You have a schedule to visit me tomorrow, right? I'll wait for you.. Chaeyoungie..." I kissed her neck before I let her go.

She left my room without saying another words. It hurts me, but maybe she's not in the mood right now. So, I shrugged it off.

The next day, I lay down on my bed, waiting for Rose to show up. I read my books that I got from Rose.

I waited for long enough, until the door slowly opened. I sit up with a bright smile on my face.

"Rose-"

My smile faded away as I saw another doctor instead of Rose. I sighed.

I move to the edge of the bed and look ay the doctor. Maybe Rose is busy today. So, this time, I tell myself to behave just for Rose.

The next day, Rose did not show up anymore. And I try to be patient with that...

Day by day

Week by week

Until it's already five months since I saw her.

I become depressed, I miss her, I want to see her... I need her...

I stand up from my bed and walks towards the locked door in front of me. I leaned my forehead against the cold metal door.

Until I heard.

"Did you know the doctor that used to work here, Ms. Park Chaeyoung? I heard that she married a man name Koo Junhoe. And I heard that she just went home from their honeymoon in Hawaii" said a nurse.

What?

My Chaeyoungie...

Married a guy?

Honeymoon....?

"Haha..."

"HAHAHA!! SHE LEFT ME AND NEVER SAID A WORD!! AND MARRIED A GUY??!!" I laughed in disbelief.

I walk back slowly, shaking my head. I gripped onto my hair and screamed loudly at the top of my lungs.

Then, I sit on my bed. Looking at the door.

"Oh, Park Chaeyoung. Look what have you done... I'm crazy for you..."
