Some students said Chace and his band mates are recording for their next new album which a lot of fans assume to be out in stores before the end of the year.       “Hey there, Troian!” my band mate Irina greeted as we went to our class.

“Hey,”

Today, at Chemistry class Irina and I are classmates. Even in the room, the students are still talking about Chace and his band mates. A minute later, the girls began to squeal like crazy as the boys of the boy band called “Boarding School” arrived at the room. They are composed of an all-Filipino male singers/rappers lead by James Theodore “JT” Mendoza and his four other band mates Trailer “Maki” McKinley, Jeffry Achreus “Acre” Costello, Grayson “BZee” Santos, and Trace Francis “Jazz” Miniano.

Boarding School is one of the potential rivals of our band in terms of fans.  Tapos lahat sila puro rich and famous pa; some of them ay anak ng pulitiko while some are heir apparent ng mga negosyo ng pamilya nila here and abroad.

“Hello there, Irina. What’s up?” JT greeted with a smile. He is courting Irina for at least a month now.

Irina rolled her eyes and ignored him completely. JT’s smile went even bigger. Oh dear, kung alam lang ni JT na kailangan nya ng maraming luck at harana para mapa-sagot si Irina ng ‘Oo’. After Chemistry, Mathematics naman ang susunod kong subject. As I was walking towards my next class, I heard somebody singing inside an empty classroom. I peeked to see no one. I shuddered a little thinking that there might be a ghost in the room.

“What are you doing here, Miss?” I suddenly jump in surprise to see Chace inside the room, hiding on the back of the door.

“Oh gosh, you scared me!” I said, holding my chest.

He smiled at me. “I thought you’re a no-show again today?” tanong ko sa kanya.

“Well, I decided to attend school today.” Pasimpleng sabi ni Chace.

“Oh?” I said.  “Then welcome back to school, Mr. Hummingbird. I hope you’ll be happy trying to fool people again to get you ice coffee and disappear so suddenly.”

“Huh? Oh, that? I’m really sorry. I had an emergency call from the US that’s why I drove off.”

“Oh?” I answered. My, I didn’t know this guy still know how to say sorry. “And what is that emergency call is about?”

“My grandmother was rushed to the hospital in Massachusetts because of stroke.” Chace said, looking down at his shoes.

“What?” I looked at him sympathetically. I felt ashamed to him because for the last few days I was cursing him for leaving me without a word. Hindi ko alam may nangyare pala sa Lola n’ya sa America. “I’m sorry Chace. I don’t know that.”

He looked up at me and smiled. “It’s okay. My grandmother’s fine now.” He said.

“Good to hear. I’ll be leaving now, I got my Math class.” I said before heading off to the classroom.

“Troian-nee, can you accompany me to the mall after class?” Tyreese asked while we ate at the Dining Hall.
